Role Description We are looking for an integrated Copywriter who understands that content today doesn’t live only in digital, but across a full ecosystem: social, retail, campaigns, physical touchpoints, and brand experience. This role is not just about writing pieces. It’s about building brand narratives in real time, adapting to culture, and connecting communication with business impact. - Create social-first copy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube - Develop short-form, trend-driven and reactive content ideas - Execute copy across 360 integrated campaigns (digital + offline) - Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints - Adapt content for retail and in-store communications - Manage high-volume content adaptations with quality control - Work in agile teams, iterate fast, and respond to feedback Qualifications - Experience in digital copywriting and integrated campaigns - Ability to write for both social media and offline/retail formats - Strong understanding of digital culture, trends, and behaviors - Social-first mindset, but not limited to social - High adaptability and ability to work under pressure - Native Portuguese (Brazil) + intermediate/advanced English - Strong creative judgment and fast execution Cultural Fit Beyond experience, we look for people who truly connect with the way we work. • Lead social-first copy strategy for U.S. skincare and beauty brands by creating culture-driven ideas and campaigns that spark conversation. • Build and manage strategic content calendars, defining pillars, formats, hooks, and platform-specific messaging. • Write and adapt bilingual copy (English/Spanish) across social platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency and clarity. • Track trends and platform behavior (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) to propose timely, relevant content.

• Translate strategic briefs into visual proposals aligned with business goals and brand guidelines. • Develop Key Visuals and creative concepts for campaigns and always-on content. • Design social media content (feed, stories, reels, paid formats) with a mobile-first approach. • Create static, animated, and short-form video assets (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). • Shoot content when the concept requires it, with a digital-native mindset. • Build scalable, modular visual systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across formats. • Adapt assets for different markets, platforms, and touchpoints (digital and physical). • Design supporting materials such as banners, presentations, landing pages, and POP materials. • Incorporate AI tools into ideation, adaptation, and visual optimization processes. • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, community managers, and account teams in integrated creative workflows. • Actively participate in brainstorming and campaign conceptualization.

• Build rapid prototypes and experimental features. • Translate product ideas into functional UI prototypes quickly. • Work on frontend features, animations, and interactive experiences using vibe coding. • Evaluate UI/UX quality and visual consistency. • Support frontend development and component creation. • Work with tools like Replit, Figma, Vercel, and frontend frameworks.

• Responsible for building and scaling backend services, APIs, and AI integrations within a microservices architecture. • Works across Node.js (core services) and Python (AI/inference) to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable systems. • Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js (TypeScript) and Python. • Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrations across frontend and AI/inference layers. • Work with a polyglot data stack including Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and object storage. • Collaborate on containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines to support deployment workflows. • Ensure backend systems are scalable, performant, and secure. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders, clearly communicating requirements, progress, and constraints. • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and technical recommendations to ensure smooth delivery.
