Senior Copywriter
SAMY
• Lead social-first copy strategy for U.S. skincare and beauty brands by creating culture-driven ideas and campaigns that spark conversation. • Build and manage strategic content calendars, defining pillars, formats, hooks, and platform-specific messaging. • Write and adapt bilingual copy (English/Spanish) across social platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency and clarity. • Track trends and platform behavior (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) to propose timely, relevant content.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in creative/digital agencies.
- Social-first copy expertise (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), with strong platform-native writing.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms and best practices (formats, hooks, engagement drivers, community language).
- Experience working with beauty/skincare accounts, understanding category trends and consumer behavior.
- Trend and culture fluency, especially around what’s moving culture in the U.S.
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with excellent grammar, tone adaptation, and cultural nuance.
- Ability to conceptualize campaigns and translate strategy into high-impact content ideas.
- Strong skills to build strategic content calendars and maintain consistency across brands and platforms.

Role Description As our Senior Copywriter, you're not just in charge of the words; you’re also a big part of the ideas. You're not just a wordsmith, you're a creative first. You'll be constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Reporting into the Group Creative Director, you’ll work closely with a creative team to bring new ideas and client work to life. Key Responsibilities - Work in partnership with the creative and strategy teams to ideate, develop and execute integrated health campaigns across platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiential, and content. - Writing will include a mix of short- and long-form, and will include a variety of different styles of writing, such as web/digital/social and media/publication/journalistic writing. - Work will also include developing and/or adhering to – and thriving within – different brand voices. - Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, working seamlessly with multiple teams, as well as managing and providing direction to junior team members. - Work in concert with a wide range of specialists including media, scientific communications, studio, project management and more. - Join and participate in team meetings, brainstorms, planning sessions and more to drive client business. - Be client facing, including preparing and presenting creative presentations, follow and integrate feedback, and deliver against team deadlines. - Be a nice human who is collaborative, hard-working and dedicated to helping make the world better for people impacted by disease.
