Role Description As an Account Manager at RKH, you're someone who’s confident, driven, and ready to take ownership of client relationships and delivery. This role will be working closely on a housebuilder account, so experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate, is required. - Manage projects from brief through to delivery. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. - Build strong relationships with clients, becoming someone they trust to keep things moving, solve problems, and add value. - Lead client conversations, write clear and actionable briefs, manage timelines and budgets, and keep multiple workstreams on track. - Spot opportunities, think ahead, and bring solutions (not just updates). - Support and develop Account Executives, helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in their roles. - Take ownership and manage multiple projects and priorities. - Communicate clearly and professionally, listen, adapt, and bring people with you. - Stay calm, think clearly, and work through challenges in a practical way. - Deliver high-quality work and hold yourself accountable for the outcome. - Contribute positively to the culture around you, support others, and share knowledge. Qualifications - A few years’ experience in an agency or similar environment. - Solid understanding of how campaigns are delivered across channels. - Motivated, curious, and always looking to improve & grow. - Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel will be required.
