Role Description We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Client Services team. You’ll use your account management skills and technical knowledge to help ensure our clients’ success with the Redpoint Global platform. As part of the team, you’ll work alongside knowledgeable and committed technical specialists, project managers, and solutions engineers, and grow into an expert in Redpoint applications through on-the-job training and ongoing development. This role reports to the Director of Global Support. Role Description We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Data Management team, reporting to the Director of Implementation Services. You’ll help implement the Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub (CEH) for our clients, focusing on the ETL, data hygiene, and identity resolution components that power our Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) product. This is a strong opportunity for an engineer early in their career who wants to grow into a subject matter expert across our Marketing/Campaign product suite. Always keep the pipeline up to date. Collaborate with support organizations including the business development team, marketing, and the partner team to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory. • Effectively manage client relationships earning their trust by working diligently and with integrity. • Anticipate and proactively address potential issues and risks for clients and the Company. • Regularly communicate clearly, openly and honestly with Company management. • Support recruiting activities of qualified personnel into the Company. • Provide team leadership through empowerment and coaching.
