Senior Acquisition Policy Analyst

• Provide acquisition support to program offices in the development, review, and finalization of procurement package documentation. • Draft and maintain requirements documents including Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Statements of Work (SOW) using agency-specific templates. • Collect program requirements and draft, edit, and format acquisition documentation in compliance with FAR, EDAR, and agency guidance. • Support development of acquisition artifacts including Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Market Research Reports, Acquisition Plans, and Justifications. • Coordinate with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), program managers, and stakeholders to gather technical inputs and ensure complete and timely procurement package submission.
Enterprise Account Executive

• Responsible for the business development and sales growth for their assigned market(s). • Sell professional services, managed services, and technology products to commercial and Enterprise customers. • Provide RavenTek’s clients and prospects with the highest possible level of quality in service to their accounts. • Identify and execute RavenTek’s full-stack solutions within our commercial markets. • Manage a territory and be responsible for a multi-million-dollar quota in both product and consulting services including strategy, design, implementation, managed services, and other applicable product solutions. • Work with management to develop account strategy, close contracts, and maintain excellent client relationships.
American Sign Language Interpreter

• Provide real-time ASL interpretation (voice-to-sign and sign-to-voice) for meetings, briefings, trainings, and events. • Deliver both in-person and virtual interpretation services (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom). • Accurately convey meaning, tone, and context of communications. • Prepare for assignments by reviewing materials and terminology in advance. • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the RID Code of Professional Conduct. • Support accessibility compliance in accordance with Section 508 and ADA requirements. • Adapt interpretation approach across a variety of subject matters, including technical and policy discussions. • Provide cultural mediation to enhance communication effectiveness when necessary.
Federal Student Aid Regulatory Case Analyst

• Support the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) Ombudsman by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex consumer financial and regulatory cases. • Perform comprehensive case reviews, gather and evaluate documentation from multiple sources, and apply statutory and regulatory criteria. • Prepare structured written determinations for both internal and government review. • Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation integrity, and productivity within a performance-based contract environment.
• Support the successful deployment and ongoing operations of Electronic Health Record systems • Provide user role alignment, data management, and provisioning support • Work closely with project leadership, site liaisons, and URACs to ensure accurate role mapping • Track and resolve role mapping issues and maintain URA data integrity • Support onboarding and training efforts • Document challenges and lessons learned during go-live and post-deployment activities • Provide timely responses to requests for user data auditing and URAC inquiries
• The Regulatory Case Analyst supports a federal services program by reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex consumer financial and regulatory cases in accordance with applicable federal statutes, regulations, and established program guidance. • This role performs comprehensive case reviews, gathers and evaluates documentation from multiple sources, applies statutory and regulatory criteria, and prepares structured written determinations for both internal and government review. • This position is accountable for maintaining high standards of accuracy, documentation integrity, and productivity within a performance-based contract environment. • The performance of this position is key to RavenTek’s performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek’s mission to support the customer.
Quality Assurance Specialist

• Conduct structured quality reviews of completed regulatory case files using established scorecards and evaluation criteria. • Evaluate case determinations for accuracy, regulatory compliance, documentation completeness, and analytical integrity. • Identify material defects, documentation gaps, or inconsistencies in case analysis and resolution. • Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback to case analysts and supervisors. • Track and report quality trends, recurring deficiencies, and identified training needs. • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality scoring and interpretation of standards. • Support development and refinement of quality checklists, templates, and internal guidance materials. • Assist in root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with supervisory staff to support analyst coaching and performance improvement initiatives. • Contribute to monthly quality reporting and performance analysis. • Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period. • Submit Monthly Status Reports on a regular basis, as required. • Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly. • Complete required compliance training as assigned.
• Provide oversight and administrative support for acquisition activities and ensure compliance. • Coordinate with program managers, contracting officials, and stakeholders to align with acquisition objectives. • Develop and maintain status reports for case management, risk, and corrective actions. • Support decision-making by documenting requirements and capturing lessons learned. • Perform risk management through identification, reporting, and reviews. • Apply IT project management practices to support lifecycle management of technology initiatives. • Create and maintain project schedules and communication plans. • Capture and distribute action items during meetings, workshops, and briefings.
