• Manage and execute technical field deployments, including configuration, installation, and testing of VOIP-integrated RapidSOS solutions at emergency communications centers (ECCs) • Own the end-to-end implementation timeline from onboarding to go-live and ensure all technical and logistical responsibilities are completed on-site, on-time, and to a high quality standard • Travel frequently (75%) to public safety customer locations across the U.S. for on-site installs and technical troubleshooting • Work closely with local IT teams, system administrators, and telephony providers to integrate RapidSOS products into varied communications environments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Customer Success to escalate issues and optimize field execution • Act as the technical liaison and subject matter expert on VoIP infrastructure requirements and deployment best practices • Identify scope and technical risks, assist in overcoming limitations both internally and externally • Gather feedback from field installs and customer interactions to drive continuous improvement in our implementation playbooks, processes, and documentation

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for our public safety and enterprise software products. • Develop positioning and messaging that resonate with public safety or enterprise professionals, emphasizing product value and differentiation. • Track the competitive landscape and maintain a current point of view on how RapidSOS differentiates, translating that into positioning guidance the field can actually use in a sales conversation. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand product functionality and translate product functionality into field-ready language. Build the AI-assisted content workflows that keep that translation current as the product evolves. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align product messaging and field enablement efforts. • Act as the voice of the customer within RapidSOS, advocating for public safety’s needs in product and marketing discussions. • Influence product roadmap and marketing priorities by bringing a clear, evidence-backed point of view on what target customers and prospects need. • Develop and evangelize AI workflows, prompt libraries, and content templates that expand what the broader PMM and GTM team can produce independently, reducing bottlenecks and raising the floor on output quality across the org • Create and deliver training materials, sales enablement collateral, and messaging frameworks to empower Sales and Customer Success teams, using AI-assisted workflows that reduce time-to-first-draft and keep materials current as messaging evolves. • Support field teams with impactful storytelling, ensuring they are equipped to communicate the value of RapidSOS solutions to public safety audiences. • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback from the field, customers, and public safety stakeholders to inform product and marketing strategies, leveraging AI workflows to make processes more repeatable. • Continuously refine product messaging and positioning based on data insights and real-world feedback.

• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features, leveraging Python • Lead strategic architectural decisions, help drive alignment, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility • Use best-in-class software development practices (unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, monitoring, detailed functional specification and test plans) to ensure RapidSOS' products remain highly reliable and fault tolerant • Identify opportunities to assess and enhance current applications, including refactoring code and upgrading technologies used • Collaborate in an agile environment with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Product to develop solutions for RapidSOS products • Leverage modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality • Actively participate in code reviews and standups, sharing knowledge, championing best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes • Own meaningful parts of our platform, have an impact, grow with the company

• Oversee daily IT operations and own the company's application landscape, ensuring a well-governed, rationalized SaaS portfolio with SSO and SCIM provisioning wherever possible • Define and execute a roadmap to accelerate IT maturity by deploying AI-assisted tools to automate core lifecycle workflows—specifically access provisioning, hardware management, and employee transitions • Identify and champion technology-enabled opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, scalability and reduce toil via automation • Provide leadership and direction to IT Systems Admins and Help Desk staff • Develop and own the corporate IT budget, evaluate vendor contracts, and procure software/hardware solutions • Partner with InfoSec to operationalize incident response and vulnerability management • Support a distributed workforce using GSuite, Okta, Claude, and Replit across a fleet of primarily MacBook Air and Windows 11 hardware

• Own and evolve the company’s core operating models, including sophisticated financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis. • Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial planning and forecasting processes. • Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, identifying challenges and delivering actionable solutions. • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, providing deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends and risks. • Deliver timely, accurate monthly reporting packages for the executive team and board. • Own the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance metrics. • Partner with BI and data engineering to move recurring analysis out of spreadsheets and into governed systems. • Raise the analytical bar across finance and the business through the quality of your work.

Role Description As a 911 and/or Public Safety Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding RapidSOS’s footprint in public safety technology. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role focused on working with public safety agencies, government organizations, and first responder networks. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and proficiency with React & TypeScript. - Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions in an AWS environment. - Experience working with relational and non-relational databases and message bus systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS / SNS). - Ideally has experience building AI-driven features or using AI tools to enhance acceleration of development, and is proactive about leveraging emerging technologies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; is a team player with a positive attitude. - Highly self-motivated; ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership. - Strong proficiency in coding best practices – ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Customer-centric mindset; cares deeply about delivering solutions that enable and delight customers while meeting product goals. - Demonstrated expertise in problem solving – from troubleshooting issues to debugging a large codebase. - Ability and willingness to collaborate in-person a few times per quarter, or as needed.
