The AR Specialist is responsible for the full cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. The AR Specialist will report to the Accounting Supervisor. Responsibilities - Focus on accounts receivable including invoicing entry and collections - Responsible for billing customers as well as reviewing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy - Process customer cash receipts - Manage cash journal entries and reconciliations - Manage collections and follow-up on past due balances with customers - Review Accounts Receivable balances and ensure bad debt reserves and write offs are accurate and recorded appropriately - Review credit memos and ensure appropriate support and documentation is provided - Lead AR related process improvements and projects as needed Qualifications - 3-5 years’ experience in full cycle Accounts Receivable - Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis - SAP experience preferred - Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data - Solid written, verbal communication and collaborative skills - Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work cross-functionally across several departments Rapid Micro Biosystems is proud to offer a competitive total compensation package designed to attract, inspire and retain the best talent in our industry. The base annual salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000. Starting salaries are determined based on skills, experience, budget and other job-related factors. • Perform successful installations at new and existing customer sites • Complete regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance activities on time • Provide dependable and reliable service for emergency customer repairs per service levels defined by the Warranty or Service Contract • Complete all paperwork within departmental goals • Will complete service reports, expense reports, and SFDC requirements • Complete all necessary training on time to meet Quality requirements • Develop working knowledge of industry practices and company policies • Support the new instrument Sales Process by performing site inspections

• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets by selling new instruments to new and existing customers within the Northeast North American Region. • Negotiate and close high value capital equipment (GD) sales, including follow-on services and consumables. • Grow and manage the sales pipeline, targeting 30+ accounts, while accurately forecasting customer progress and pending POs with quarterly success. • Provide technical expertise during the selling process to establish customer interest, qualify customers, facilitate product selection, and coordinate post-sale services. • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to expand the customer base within the Northeast North American Region. • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and increase the adoption of Growth Direct™ and automated quality control solutions across target industries.

• Leading and developing a geographically dispersed team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs). • Ensuring operational excellence, adherence to regulatory standards. • Delivering preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repair services across the EU and APAC regions.

Role Description As a part of the RMB Global Customer Support Team, the Validation Specialist is responsible for execution of validation protocols for a cutting edge, automated system, including: - Installation/Operation Qualifications - Performance Qualifications - Support throughout the Method Qualification process Additional responsibilities include: - Writing/revising SOPs and validation documents - Documenting customer feedback - Contributing as the technical expert during the Sales process This role requires up to 80% travel across North America, Europe, and Asia. Typical trips last approximately one week, with occasional longer assignments. The anticipated start date for this role is Monday, July 6. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences Discipline - 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in either Microbiology QC Labs or Validation Requirements - Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills - Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Experience and competence in a range of microbiological methods - Knowledge of GxPs - Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 - Enthusiastic, detail oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a cross-functional team - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to form dependable and professional relationships with customers - Project Management experience is a plus Benefits - Competitive total compensation package - Attractive benefits package - Cash incentive opportunities - Equity grant The base annual salary hiring range for this position is $70,000-$85,000.
