IT Support Analyst

Radiology Partners

• Support day-to-day identity and access management operations by processing user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies and procedures • Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-related issues while ensuring timely resolution • Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, escalating complex issues as appropriate and maintaining accurate documentation • Support access reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user access, maintaining role-based access controls, and ensuring adherence to security requirements • Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve processes, maintain documentation, and deliver secure, reliable identity and access services

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, systems administration, or enterprise user access management
  • Experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and identity management concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access control
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve authentication and access issues while maintaining compliance with security standards
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Role Description Zayo is seeking a Global Network Operations NOC I who is an entry level technician that will be responsible for providing industry leading customer service experience to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, network control center environment providing support to the entire portfolio of Layer 1 products and services offered by Zayo. - Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries through multiple channels of communication in a timely manner. - Monitor and respond to tickets, alerts, and general inquiries from internal and external customers. - Able to work within a team to handle inquiries by asking clarifying questions, researching answers or alternative solutions/outcomes, and escalating unresolved problems. - Perform detailed documentation of reported customer issues, ability to identify & communicate customer impact and urgency. - Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate teams, leads and managers. - Perform direct communications to customers for updates as necessary. - Resolve customer inquiries, if possible, by utilizing documented processes. - Professionally manage difficult and/or emotional customer situations.
