Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

• Own the end-to-end social media operations workflow: planning, intake, briefs, production coordination, approvals, scheduling, publishing, and post-campaign reporting. • Build and manage a monthly/weekly content calendar across priority platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok/Snapchat as needed). • Coordinate with Creative/Design, Content, Product Marketing, PR, and Growth to ensure every post aligns with messaging, brand guidelines, and deadlines. • Prepare clear creative briefs (objective, audience, message, format, CTA, deadline) and ensure assets are delivered on time. • Manage the approval process (internal stakeholders) and maintain version control for copy and creative. • Execute publishing via social media management tools, ensuring correct UTM tracking, tagging, and compliance with brand/legal guidelines. • Monitor daily performance and provide weekly/monthly insights: engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, top content themes, and recommendations. • Support major launches and moments (product releases, partnerships, PR announcements, events) with real-time coordination and fast turnaround. • Maintain operational dashboards and documentation (checklists, timelines) to improve speed and consistency. • Coordinate with community/customer teams to route inquiries, comments, and escalation items when needed.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, social media operations, or content operations (preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume content execution with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with social tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite) and familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social formats and best practices: hooks, CTAs, timing, platform nuances, and basic community management.
  • Comfortable creating briefs and working with creatives; understands brand consistency and quality control.
  • Strong reporting mindset: able to translate metrics into clear insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management (can coordinate approvals and keep work moving).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
