Commercial Client Support Manager
Pureprofile
• support the Sales team with administrative tasks • using Salesforce to create opportunities, quotes and invoices • run feasibility on new briefs from the team • understand and utilise different research platforms • updating CRM system to ensure all opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked • learning & understanding the Pureprofile offering to current and prospective clients • working closely with Account Directors and Managers in the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations • proactively engaging with clients for repeat business • liaising with vendors and internal operations for projects • collaborating with Project Management teams to ensure excellent service
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- understanding of online panel operations, feasibility checks, and respondent recruitment
- motivated to deliver targets
- highly organised planner
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- strong verbal and written communication skills, and numeracy
- commercial mindset with basic negotiation skills
- analytical thinking with attention to detail
- proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
