Account Manager – Client Services

• Develop a strong understanding of client KPIs while ensuring campaigns are aligned with both client objectives and Pubity’s channel positioning. • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams) to shape content ideas that are engaging and on-brand. • Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from kick-off through recap. • Manage the approval process between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback cycles. • Oversee content production processes, ensuring quality control across visual, video, and written assets. • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs while recommending and implementing optimizations. • Deliver detailed campaign reports and lead all post-campaign reviews with clients. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and contribute to renewal conversations.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in digital media, branded content, social publishing, or agency account management
  • Experience working in pre-sale and post-sale marketing
  • Interest in creative ideation and campaign strategy
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications - Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field. - Upper division or graduate course work in counseling techniques interviewing and conflict resolution where such are job related, is preferred. - Equivalent of three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience; including one year in Student Services preferred. - A Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a directly related field may be substituted for one year of experience. - Additional specialized and relevant experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Role Description This position is responsible for all regional office administration and management.
