Workday Project Associate
PTG
• Assist Engagement Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks, deliverables, and milestones • Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting agendas, and notes • Support scheduling of client meetings, internal team touchpoints, and workshops across multiple time zones • Serve as a point of coordination for client inquiries and internal project questions • Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and communication updates • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or blockers to Engagement Managers • Assist with maintaining Workday project methodology artifacts • Support resource tracking and forecast updates • Contribute to standardizing Engagement Management processes, templates, and best practices • Help maintain documentation libraries and SharePoint project sites • Participate in internal process improvement initiatives within the Workday Practice
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in Workday and/or project management methodologies
