Role Description The Home Finding Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, offering a high level of customer service and support throughout the rental home inquiry process. Role Description The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for delivering full life cycle recruiting services in support of staffing needs for all business units across the organization. The incumbent will conduct in-depth requisition intake meetings, market, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only highly qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.
