Remote Jobs
This isn't a traditional brand marketing role. We care deeply about ROI, pipeline, and relationship-building – not just running polished events or optimizing vanity metrics. Every event is expected to drive meaningful business impact. This is an in-the-trenches role. You'll be on the ground at events ~2x a month and own every operational detail yourself. Creative vision doesn't replace execution here – it sits on top of it. The role can be operationally intense. You'll own everything end-to-end: vendor issues, logistics, travel, shipments, last-minute changes, and post-event follow-up. A lot of the work happens behind the scenes. We move quickly with very little structure. You won't have large agency support, endless planning cycles, or overly defined processes. We value autonomy, speed, and people who can figure things out as they go. Travel and context-switching are part of the job. You'll be juggling multiple events, partnerships, and experiments at once while traveling frequently. We expect more than 9 to 5 – raw hours make an impact at our current stage. That said, we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.

Role Description As an Experiential Events Manager at Pogo, you'll own conferences, dinners, and IRL events as core growth channels. You'll run a high volume of events year-round, end-to-end, from logistics and project management to evaluating which ones are worth doing again — and bring creative, memorable activations to how Pogo shows up in person. - Own end-to-end logistics for our conference and event programs – venues, vendors, travel, materials, staffing, follow-up - Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and partners - Evaluate ROI for every event – which earned their spot, which didn't, and what to do differently next time - Bring great taste to how Pogo shows up, at every IRL touchpoint, including event displays, dinner menus, and swag - Design creative, experiential activations that make Pogo stand out to a niche audience of insights and research leaders – the hook, not just the booth - Travel up to 2x a month to ensure the highest priority events run smoothly - Partner with sales and marketing to make sure events convert - Run guerrilla marketing experiments to cut through at the events that matter most Qualifications - Likely 3–7 years of experience in conference servicing, field marketing, experiential programs, or events at a tech company or creative agency - Strong operations chops. Role Description As a Demand Gen Marketer at Pogo, you'll own B2B paid acquisition for a narrow, high-value audience - across digital, out-of-home, and unconventional channels. Specifically, you will: - Run B2B paid acquisition across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), out-of-home (billboards, direct mail), and other B2B channels. - Get creative with targeting - geo-targeted campaigns around industry events, hyper-targeted ads by company and title, timing-based plays that reach the right person at the right moment. - Contribute to channel and budget strategy alongside the team - work together to figure out what to test, scale, and cut. - Apply analytical rigor to every spend decision - CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, attribution. - Partner with marketing, sales, and design on landing pages, ad creative, and full-funnel optimization. - Test, iterate, and scale what works. Qualifications - Likely 3–6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience at a SaaS company with meaningful paid spend. - You've owned real budget, not a small line item. - You've run multiple paid channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond. - You back every spend decision with data - CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, attribution. - You've worked at a fast-growing organization with real ownership. - Bonus: experience with AI tools in marketing workflows; out-of-home, billboard, or direct mail experience; experience marketing to data/insights buyers, market researchers, or brand teams. Requirements - This is not a pure “media buyer” role; we expect paid marketers to think beyond campaign execution. - We care deeply about efficiency and accountability; every dollar spent is scrutinized through CAC, ROAS, attribution, and pipeline contribution. - Things change quickly; budgets, channels, and priorities may shift rapidly based on performance and market feedback. - You'll need to thrive with autonomy; there won't be overly structured playbooks or layers of management. - We expect more than 9 to 5; raw hours make an impact at our current stage. Benefits - Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 20 days vacation policy.

Role Description We’re hiring our first AEs at Pogo to help us scale our B2B enterprise business from $XM ARR to $XXM ARR. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion. - Lead generation & engagement: Get Pogo in front of the right people by building relationships with prospects across outbound email, calls, conferences, and dinners. Stay on top of inbound and referral leads and keep pipeline moving. - Qualification & closing: Lead discovery, demos, and follow-up conversations to understand prospect needs and close new business. Build compelling ROI cases and navigate contract negotiations to get deals over the line. - Consultative selling with trials & POCs: Own the trial experience end-to-end, coordinating with other Pogo team members to ensure every project is successful and accelerates the path to closing a subscription. - Renewals & expansion: Own the renewal cycle for your accounts and actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build deep relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and grow revenue within the base. - Process & feedback: Help build and improve the sales playbook as we scale. Bring structured learnings back to the team and contribute to a culture of rapid iteration on what's working. - Travel: Up to 3-5 days a month. - Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Engineering, and Product team members to make sure new clients are set up for success from day one. Partner with the founding team on strategic deals and revenue priorities. Qualifications - Likely 3-10 years of sales experience, including selling to enterprise customers end-to-end. - You're a hunter. You're energized by building pipeline from scratch and you don't wait for leads to come to you. - You're a strong communicator who can earn credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and translate a product demo into a compelling business case. - You're hands-on and resourceful. You do whatever it takes to get a deal across the line. - You take ownership of your number. You know where you stand at all times and you're always working the problem. - You're a fast learner who picks up new products, industries, and buyer personas quickly. - You use AI tools to work smarter and to do better research, better outreach, better prep. Requirements - Bonus: You can tell stories with data. - You have sold insights or data analytics products. Benefits - Help build the GTM motion from the ground up. You won’t just be joining a sales team - you’ll help define how we sell, who we sell to, and what great looks like as we scale. - Sell a product customers genuinely want. We’re seeing strong inbound interest from the largest consumer brands in the world, and you’ll work closely with prospects who are excited about using Pogo's products to accelerate consumer insights, sales, marketing, etc. - Work directly with the founders and product team. As one of our first AEs, you’ll have a direct line into company strategy, pricing, positioning, and roadmap decisions. Customer feedback from your conversations will shape both the product and the business. - Operate with fast feedback loops. We move quickly, iterate constantly, and care deeply about learning. You’ll be able to test messaging, refine outreach, and influence product direction in days - not quarters. - Own meaningful customer relationships. From first outbound touch to closed-won and expansion opportunities, you’ll have real ownership over accounts and the ability to become a trusted partner to customers. - Join a highly product-minded team. Everyone at Pogo - from engineering to GTM - obsesses over building useful, delightful products. We care deeply about craft, customer empathy, and creating experiences people love. - Shape the culture early. As an early team member, your approach to sales, collaboration, and customer relationships will help define the culture and playbook for future hires. Why you might not be excited about us - There’s very little structure (yet). As one of our early GTM hires, you will be expected to work with your teammates, Founders, Growth team, and Marketing team to develop playbooks and build the foundations as we scale. - You’ll need to thrive in ambiguity. Enterprise sales at Pogo often means navigating new buyer personas, shaping positioning in real time, and solving problems that don’t have obvious answers. We’re looking for people who find that energizing rather than stressful. - You’ll wear a lot of hats. One day you might be prospecting, the next helping refine positioning, jumping into onboarding calls, or working with product on customer feedback. If you prefer highly specialized roles with narrow ownership, this probably won’t be the right fit. - We expect more than 9 to 5 — raw hours make an impact at our current stage. That said, we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.

Benefits - Own one of the most visible parts of our GTM strategy. - Conferences, dinners, and in-person experiences are a core growth channel for us – not a side project. You'll have real ownership over how Pogo shows up in the world. - Run events that actually matter. - We care deeply about quality over quantity. Instead of churning through generic trade shows, we focus on highly intentional experiences that create meaningful relationships and drive real business outcomes. - Have a direct impact on revenue. - You'll work closely with sales and leadership to shape how events convert into pipeline, customer relationships, and long-term partnerships – with clear visibility into what's working. - Help define the playbook early. - As one of the early members of the marketing team, you'll help shape our field marketing strategy, vendor relationships, event standards, and operating rhythms as we scale. - Get out from behind the desk. - If you enjoy being in the room where things happen – building relationships face-to-face, traveling, and creating experiences people remember – this role gives you the chance to do that regularly. Company Description - This isn't a traditional brand marketing role. - We care deeply about ROI, pipeline, and relationship-building – not just running polished events or optimizing vanity metrics. Every event is expected to drive meaningful business impact. - This is an in-the-trenches role. - You'll be on the ground at events ~2x a month and own every operational detail yourself. Creative vision doesn't replace execution here – it sits on top of it. - The role can be operationally intense. - You'll own everything end-to-end: vendor issues, logistics, travel, shipments, last-minute changes, and post-event follow-up. A lot of the work happens behind the scenes. - We move quickly with very little structure. - You won't have large agency support, endless planning cycles, or overly defined processes. We value autonomy, speed, and people who can figure things out as they go. - Travel and context-switching are part of the job. - You'll be juggling multiple events, partnerships, and experiments at once while traveling frequently. - We expect more than 9 to 5 – raw hours make an impact at our current stage. That said, we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. - We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.

Role Description We’re hiring our first AEs at Pogo to help us scale our B2B enterprise business from $XM ARR to $XXM ARR. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion. Specifically, you will: - Lead generation & engagement: Get Pogo in front of the right people by building relationships with prospects across outbound email, calls, conferences, and dinners. Company Description - There’s very little structure (yet).

Role Description As the first GTM Engineer at Pogo, you'll partner with our Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that compound revenue. You'll work on our enterprise AI SaaS product as both a builder and an operator: shipping code that drives pipeline and conversion. - Ship AI-powered workflows that scale our growth and sales motions as a competitive advantage. - Audit our existing GTM stack, identify the gaps and redundancies, and start shipping against them fast. - Embed with our sales and growth teams to turn their best plays into systems the whole org can run on. - Build internal tools and agents that replace manual workflows - lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, content distribution, attribution. - Know when to reach for off-the-shelf tools and when to build something custom. - Partner closely with engineering and design to test new features, give feedback, and dogfood our own AI capabilities for GTM use cases. - Publish playbooks and internal guides so wins propagate across the team. Qualifications - Likely 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least some of that applied directly to GTM, growth, or revenue systems. - You're a heavy user of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex and have shipped non-trivial things with them. - You've built with LLMs and AI agents - think RAG, evals, tool use, prompt engineering. - You're hands-on with the modern GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, Outreach/Instantly, etc.) and can navigate APIs, webhooks, and integrations fluently. - You have strong product and design taste - the internal tools you build should feel as polished as the product. - You think in systems and like turning messy operational problems into clean, automated ones. - You have real commercial instinct - you can sit in a sales call or read a growth dashboard and immediately see where leverage exists. - You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially when things are ambiguous. - You've built and maintained production systems used by real users (internal users count). Requirements - Experience at early-stage startups or building your own products (bonus). - You've shipped AI agents that moved an actual revenue metric, not just demos (bonus). - Background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering before moving fully into building (bonus). Benefits - Ship real systems that get real usage and move real numbers - pipeline, conversion, retention. - Sit at the center of the company. Partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering. - Use the latest tech. Build with the latest coding tools, LLMs, and GTM platforms. - Move fast. Ship weekly and get rapid feedback from the teams using what you build. - Shape what this function looks like at Pogo as we scale. Why you might not be excited about us - Priorities may shift quickly. Oftentimes, we're tackling very ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. - At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". - We don't have structured management (yet!). We don't have the management overhead to provide direction every step of the way. - We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage, but we trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule. - We strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.
