• Design and maintain internal QuickSight dashboards that allow leadership to track company performance in real-time. • Monitor and report on core commercial metrics including MRR/ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and CAC/LTV ratios. • Write high-performance SQL in Amazon Athena to join disparate datasets from S3 into clean, analysis-ready tables. • Act as a bridge between technical data and business strategy. You don't just report numbers; you highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities. • Work with AWS Glue to ensure that internal stakeholders are always looking at "one version of the truth." • Identify drivers within data subsets to build "what-if" scenarios and predictive models for core SaaS metrics (MRR, NRR, LTV), enabling leadership to pinpoint root causes and accurately forecast growth.

• Assume leadership of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success. • Collaborate with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively. • Architect, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software applications. • Uphold best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies. • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity. • Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks. • Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.

• Analyze and map the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding, support, and renewal. • Identify key moments of truth, friction points, and opportunities for improvement to create a truly cohesive experience. • Coordinate customer and internal readiness for major product updates, ensuring impacts are understood, communicated, and planned for to minimize disruption and maximize adoption and ROI. • Design, document, and continuously improve all CS/CX processes and workflows. • Own CX data and analytics, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build insightful dashboards. • Manage and optimize CX technology stack and administer core platforms. • Act as a central point of contact, collaborating with various teams to ensure a unified approach to the customer experience.

• You act as the main point of contact for key customers defined as BoB, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • You provide recommendations to customers and are responsible for implementing them. • To evaluate and further develop product and business development (BD), you regularly collect customer feedback on product requirements and forward it to the Head of Customer Success for assessment. • You are responsible for regularly monitoring and reporting BoB metrics and identifying opportunities for customer success stories and online reviews. • You stay up to date on our global product goals, ongoing operational plans, and new releases, building a deep level of knowledge that you use to advise customers and implement the best possible use of the system.

• Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Ownership • Build, maintain and continuously optimize lead capture, qualification and nurturing flows for different target segments • Ownership of scalable lifecycle programs across the entire B2B funnel • Lead & Funnel Management • Implement and optimize lead capture processes (CTAs, forms, landing pages) • Evolve lifecycle stages and lead scoring models • Manage automated lead routing including CRM synchronization and internal notifications • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates and time-to-MQL • Campaigns & Nurturing • Design, launch and optimize scalable nurture programs for SMB and enterprise segments • Operational responsibility for live campaigns including QA, monitoring and troubleshooting • Define target segments, triggers and workflow logic • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, ABM and RevOps • Data, Tracking & Compliance • Ensure clean tracking and attribution standards • Manage email consent, preferences, deliverability and GDPR-compliant processes
