GTM Engineer
PlentyONE
• Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Ownership • Build, maintain and continuously optimize lead capture, qualification and nurturing flows for different target segments • Ownership of scalable lifecycle programs across the entire B2B funnel • Lead & Funnel Management • Implement and optimize lead capture processes (CTAs, forms, landing pages) • Evolve lifecycle stages and lead scoring models • Manage automated lead routing including CRM synchronization and internal notifications • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates and time-to-MQL • Campaigns & Nurturing • Design, launch and optimize scalable nurture programs for SMB and enterprise segments • Operational responsibility for live campaigns including QA, monitoring and troubleshooting • Define target segments, triggers and workflow logic • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, ABM and RevOps • Data, Tracking & Compliance • Ensure clean tracking and attribution standards • Manage email consent, preferences, deliverability and GDPR-compliant processes
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Solid practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, email, reporting) or another leading marketing automation tool
- Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and lead management
- Highly structured, execution-oriented working style with attention to detail and strong QA discipline
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or SQL is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
