• Execute high-quality design deliverables across marketing initiatives with a focus on speed, consistency, and attention to detail • Work within Peerspace's brand standards, voice, and visual system to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints • Collaborate with marketing managers, other designers and internal stakeholders by incorporating feedback efficiently and communicating clearly about your work • Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design • Manage your own deadlines and workload in a fast-paced, fully remote environment • Maintain organized files and design assets for use across the marketing team
• Work the lead list: Work the prospect lists we provide across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until you secure a response. • Follow up consistently: Sustained, structured follow-up across multiple touches is essential to producing results in this role. • Sell the value: Articulate the Peerspace value proposition clearly, handle objections in real time, and move prospects from initial interest to completed signup. • Run prospect meetings: Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with prospects where a live conversation is needed to walk through the platform, answer questions, and progress them toward signup. • Close: Drive each conversation toward a signup. Conversion is the primary outcome of every interaction. • Support early host success: Stay engaged with hosts after they sign up, serving as their touchpoint through the early post-activation period to help them complete setup, secure their first bookings, and build momentum on the platform. • Refine your approach: Use observed prospect feedback, objections, and response patterns to sharpen your pitch and improve conversion over time. • Track your activity: Log outreach activity and outcomes in the systems we provide so performance and pipeline health can be monitored.
• Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, and routing for approval in Bill.com; serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and payment status • Maintain accuracy and completeness of the AP subledger • Management of Stripe invoicing • Support the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and recording of banking activity • Assist with annual audit preparation by organizing and providing supporting documentation • Collaborate with the Controller on process improvements and ad hoc projects • Partner with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of expenditures in line with company policy
• First point of contact for users regarding everything from onboarding hosts to recommending locations and services to guests • Provide friendly and efficient service via all contact channels (phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.) to Peerspace hosts and guests to make sure they have a seamless, no-hassle booking and overall customer experience • Display self-discipline, demonstrate productivity, and accomplish job duties in a remote work environment. • Independently work through a queue of tasks with an eye for process improvements • Identify and execute on opportunities to surprise and delight our hosts and guests • Identify trends and take an active role in delivering suggestions for process & product improvements
• Work closely with PED to set goals, understand how users are engaging with our product, and learn from experiments in our two-sided marketplace • Develop measurement frameworks and institute new metrics or reporting systems to help us understand our marketplace and users • Align cross-functional stakeholders on the priorities and analytical roadmap for critical areas of our business • Design and analyze experiments • Dive deep on user behavior and the dynamics of our marketplace • Unpack business trends and diagnose drivers of business performance • Collaborate with the rest of the Analytics and Data Engineering teams and the broader data community to grow and nurture data culture at Peerspace
• Lead and implement the end-to-end technical implementation of major features on our mobile roadmap, taking them from concept to production on both the App Store and Google Play Store. • Break down product requirements into technical specifications and tasks. You will architect features that are scalable and align with Peerspace’s broader mobile architecture. • Ensure the application remains fast and stable. You will proactively monitor performance, fix bugs, and maintain high test coverage for your contributions. • Write and maintain native code (Swift/Kotlin) when necessary to bridge the gap between React Native and platform-specific APIs. • Act as a technical mentor to mid-level and junior engineers on your team, fostering a culture of learning and engineering excellence through code reviews and pair programming. • Work closely with Backend Engineers to define API contracts and with Platform Engineers to improve our mobile CI/CD pipelines.
