A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. What We're About At its core, the Deployment Strategist role centres around leveraging data in operational and real-world action. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: - Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest pain points. - Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline. - Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups. - Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs, and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have concrete impact on our partners' operations. - Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives. - Embed with our Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate what you saw in the field into cross-Palantir product offerings. - Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers. - Scope out potential engagements in new industries and in increasingly expanding locations around the world. What We Value - Extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments. - Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow. - Ability to travel 25 – 75% required. Varies by location and team. - Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus. Requirements - Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance. - Danish language fluency. Life at Palantir We want every Palantirian to achieve their best outcomes, that’s why we celebrate individuals’ strengths, skills, and interests, from your first interview to your longterm growth, rather than rely on traditional career ladders. Paying attention to the needs of our community enables us to optimize our opportunities to grow and helps ensure many pathways to success at Palantir. Based on business need, there are a few roles that allow for “Remote” work on an exceptional basis. If you are applying for one of these roles, you must work from the city and or country in which you are employed. If the posting is specified as Onsite, you are required to work from an office. A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, power decisions on the battlefield, locate missing children, and more. Applications are open now through 1 June 2026. The Program In the 20th century, America pioneered mass production. We built the Arsenal of Democracy, won WWII & the Cold War, and then left the Arsenal to rust. Silicon Valley, a product of the Heartland, turned its back on the American worker. It’s time to reawaken the giant. The same spirit of practical innovation that enabled America to dominate the previous century lives on in every American factory, workshop, and garage today. The proliferation of Artificial Intelligence poses risks, but also the opportunity for a technological and industrial renaissance. Palantir launched the American Tech Fellowship to arm Americans with the skills to deploy cutting-edge software in the workforce. Fellows will have an opportunity to explore and build on Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) and earn a professional certification in its use. Exceptional performers will earn an opportunity to interview for a role at Palantir or partner companies, where they can use their newfound skills to contribute to the reindustrialization and revival of America. This fellowship is about more than careers—it's about restoring the promise that hard work and determination can still change your life in America. It's an investment in American excellence, evidence of our belief that America's greatest builders are still to be discovered. The American worker, given the right tools and opportunity, remains our competitive advantage. It’s time to prove it. The Role In this fellowship, you'll participate in a comprehensive virtual training program with our partner, Ontologize, to level up your technical skills on Foundry and AIP. You'll learn how to deploy Palantir's cutting-edge software to solve tough problems in enterprise settings and have the opportunity to engage directly with Palantir engineers and leadership. The fellowship will run for 12 weeks, starting on 7 July 2026 running through 25 September 2026. Participants are expected to attend live virtual sessions on two weeknights each week. We will also have optional sessions once a week and office hours throughout the duration of the program. Participants can anticipate dedicating a total of 5 to 10 hours per week to instruction and project work throughout the fellowship. Exceptional performers will have opportunities to interview for full-time employment opportunities at Palantir and our partner companies. The window for submitting American Tech Fellowship applications is now through 1 June 2026. This program provides valuable training to participants and is unpaid. What We’re Looking For We want builders—people who are hungry to learn whatever it takes to win in the new AI era and aren’t afraid to wire a sensor, flash firmware, or ship production code to make it happen. We’re looking for the technically inclined across all Military Occupational Specialties who can wield Palantir’s tools to solve real-world problems. Whether you’re on Active Duty, in the Reserves, the National Guard, or someone who has left military service, we need you to forge the future of American AI. Some signals that you’re that kind of person might be if you’ve taught yourself—or been the local go-to—for at least one of these stacks: - General-purpose code: Python, C/C++, C# / .NET, Rust, Go, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript - Data / scientific: SQL, MATLAB, Simulink, R, Julia, Excel + VBA - Embedded & controls: Arduino/MicroPython, ROS, LabVIEW, Ladder Logic / Structured Text, G-code, PLC or SCADA configuration - Hardware description: Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, FPGAs - You’re comfortable in—or eager to master—the Linux shell, Git, and container tooling like Docker or WSL. - You can read a wiring diagram, a CAD drawing, or a messy CSV file and immediately think, “How do I instrument, automate, or optimize this?” - You don’t wait for perfect specs—you prototype, test, iterate, and learn on the fly What We Value Show us where you’ve flexed that builder’s mindset. That could look like: - Formal study in Computer Science, Electrical / Mechanical / Control Systems Engineering, Physics, Applied Math, Data Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field - 4+ years solving real problems on a factory floor, in field service, avionics, the military, or a garage shop—especially if you automated, instrumented, or optimized a physical process - Startup, maker-space, or hackathon projects that blended hardware and software e.g., retrofitting a CNC, wiring a sensor network, building a ROS robot, deploying an edge AI model - Transitioning U.S. service members—officer or enlisted—within six months of separation who have already been wiring, coding, maintaining, or optimizing advanced systems in uniform and want to level-up those skills with AI - Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in any of the stacks above If you’ve got the fire to learn and you’ve built something that moved the needle—no matter where or how—you’re the kind of American worker we designed this fellowship for. What We Require - 2+ years of hands-on work experience - Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar - Technical background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Data Science (no formal degree required) - This cohort of ATF is exclusively for U.S. military veterans. Veterans of any branch, any MOS, and any length of service are encouraged to apply. Transitioning military and recently-separated individuals are ideally placed for ATF. We also welcome applications from long-separated veterans and those still serving in the reserves or National Guard. If an applicant has separated from the military, only those with an Honorable Discharge may apply. Life at Palantir If you want to empower the world's most important institutions, you belong here. Palantir values excellence regardless of background. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer for all, including but not limited to Veterans and those with disabilities. Palantir is committed to making the application and hiring process accessible to everyone and will provide a reasonable accommodation for those living with a disability. If you need an accommodation for the application or hiring process, please reach out and let us know how we can help. Please note that you will never be asked to submit a payment or share financial information to participate in our interview process. If you suspect that you've been contacted by a scammer, we recommend you cease all communication with the individual and consider reporting them to the relevant authorities, such as the US FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. Applications are open through Friday May 15th. The Program There are no shortcuts to solving hard problems with AI. Those who have lived inside the problem long enough understand its shape — the constraints, the edge cases, the reasons every previous fix fell apart. - The lawyer who can't stop thinking about how to optimize the firm's case management process. - The nurse who has watched the same preventable mistake happen too many times. - The mechanical or chemical engineer who understands the inefficiencies of the current system better than anyone on the floor. - The recent grad who runs circles around their peers and has never once been handed a problem they couldn't figure out. What these people share isn't a resume, it's an orientation. Their ambition and aptitude has outgrown the room they're in, the organizational inertia has become overbearing, and the tools to solve these problems have never been in their hands. Until now. ATF Frontier is an eight-week, after-hours program that gives these people the tools to build real solutions using Palantir's Artificial Intelligence Platform. Fellows work toward a capstone project, earn a professional AIP certification, and learn firsthand how Palantir approaches the hardest operational problems in the world. Exceptional performers will earn the opportunity to interview for a role at Palantir or one of our partner companies. The Role ATF Frontier is an accelerated training program that teaches motivated, intellectually curious people to build on Palantir's Foundry and AIP platforms. You don't need to know how to code on day one. You do need the drive to learn fast, the discipline to show up, and the instinct to ask the right questions. Over eight weeks, Fellows will learn: - How to break down complex, real-world problems and architect solutions using Palantir's AI and data analysis tools - The fundamentals of building custom workflows and applications in Foundry and AIP - How to communicate what you've built — and why it matters — to the people who need to use it - How the best Forward Deployed teams at Palantir think about problems: from first diagnosis to full deployment This program moves fast and doesn't hold hands. That's the point. The goal isn't just to teach a skill set — it's to find the people who thrive when they're thrown in the deep end. What We’re Looking For We're looking for people whose ambition has quietly outgrown the room they're in. ATF Frontier is built for: - Career changers who've spent time inside an industry — healthcare, legal, finance, education, operations, engineering — watching decisions get delayed by fragmented systems, and are done waiting for someone else to fix it. Now they're ready to add a builder's toolkit to everything they already know. - Engineers who've never written a line of software — the mechanical engineer who has spent years optimizing processes on paper and in CAD, the chemical engineer who knows every inefficiency in the plant but can't yet build the tool to fix it, the industrial engineer who has mapped and re-mapped the same broken workflow and is ready to actually automate it - Recent graduates from any field — philosophy, economics, history, engineering, biology, you name it — who think rigorously and learn aggressively If you've spent years watching a problem go unsolved and you're ready to be the one who fixes it — you're who we built this for. What We Value Show us how you think and what you're made of. That could look like: - A track record of solving messy, unstructured problems — whether that's restructuring a team's operations, building a tool to automate your own job, or writing the analysis that changed how your organization made decisions - Communication that makes hard things simple: you've had to explain complex ideas to skeptical audiences and you know how to bring people along - Evidence that you learn fast: a new language, a domain pivot, a project where you had to figure it out as you went - Intellectual range — you've thought seriously about problems in more than one field, and it shows - The ability to sit with ambiguity and move anyway No specific degree or technical background is required. We're looking for slope, not starting point. What We Require - 2+ years of work or educational experience - Genuine curiosity and a bias toward action - Ability to commit to the full eight-week program: two weeknights per week, plus independent project work (10–15 hours/week total) - Authorized to work in the United States of America Program Details - Duration: May 26th through July 23rd - Format: Live virtual sessions, two weeknights per week; optional sessions and office hours throughout - Time commitment: 10–15 hours per week - Compensation: This program is unpaid and provides professional training and certification - Outcomes: Exceptional performers will be considered for full-time roles at Palantir, which may require a relocation to Palantir office hub, and partner companies. Life at Palantir If you want to empower the world's most important institutions, you belong here. Palantir values excellence regardless of background. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer for all, including but not limited to Veterans and those with disabilities.
