Role Description We are currently seeking a full-time professional who will be responsible for protecting organizational assets through the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced security infrastructure. The Systems Security Administrator leads security incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance efforts across the organization. This role enforces enterprise security policies, manages identity and access controls, and oversees security awareness programs. The Systems Security Administrator serves as the primary security escalation point for Tier 2 (System Administrator) and collaborates closely with the Tier 4 (Systems Engineer) on security architecture and major infrastructure initiatives. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain advanced security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms, to protect organizational systems and data. - Lead security incident response and forensic investigations, serving as the primary escalation point for security-related issues from Tier 2. - Conduct comprehensive security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs across the organization's environment. - Develop, enforce, and maintain enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with organizational risk tolerance and regulatory requirements. - Perform security audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Manage privileged access management (PAM) and enforce the principle of least privilege across systems and applications. - Design and implement advanced multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity management solutions across the organization. - Oversee mobile device management (MDM) and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive organizational data. - Lead security awareness training programs and phishing simulations to strengthen the organization's human security layer. - Manage security logging, SIEM tools, and threat intelligence platforms; coordinate with the SOC team on escalated alerts and investigations. - Coordinate with vendors on advanced security products, services, and renewals. - Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning from a security perspective, ensuring organizational resilience. - Develop security automation and orchestration solutions to improve response times and reduce manual security operations overhead. - Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, incorporating findings into organizational security strategy. - Collaborate with the Tier 4 (Systems Engineer) on security architecture decisions and infrastructure projects requiring security integration. - Participate in the full user and device lifecycle, including onboarding, account provisioning, device enrollment, and offboarding. Qualifications - Proven experience in an information security or systems security administration role. - Strong knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices. - Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, SIEM platforms, and vulnerability scanners. - In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Demonstrated incident response and digital forensics capabilities. - Knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, and identity management solutions. - Relevant security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH) are preferred. - Relevant degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is advantageous. Position Title: Cardiac Device Specialist, Overnight Triage Location: 100% Remote (U.S. – candidates must reside in the contiguous United States) About The Role As a Triage Specialist at PaceMate®, you'll join a team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). Working remotely, you'll use your expertise in cardiac electrophysiology and device management to analyze remote transmission data and diagnostics, interpret complex arrhythmias, and provide the accurate clinical documentation that providers rely on to guide patient care. This role requires deep technical knowledge—you'll assess device function across multiple manufacturers, recognize abnormalities and arrhythmias, and recommend strategies to address issues. This is an overnight role with regularly scheduled shifts Sunday through Thursday, typically lasting 8–10 hours between 5:00 pm and 6:00 am EST. We are currently seeking a Director of Customer Success, who will play a critical role in supporting PaceMate’s customer base within represented facilities across the United States. This role leads the Customer Success team with a focus on operational rigor, standardization, scalability, and strong people leadership and development. The Director of Customer Success is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, partnering with them to identify needs, and ensuring PaceMate’s products and services are utilized appropriately and profitably. This role also develops strategies to grow and retain the client base while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, cost-effective service. The Director oversees the team responsible for onboarding, managing, maintaining, and supporting the upsell of existing accounts in collaboration with the Key Accounts team. This work is accomplished through activities including, but not limited to, building corporate-level relationships, conducting hospital/group practice/account business reviews, and engaging in direct interactions and sales calls with key stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with the Sales, Key Accounts, and EHR Integrations teams to manage onboarding and ongoing client success for new and existing customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Associates in a remote environment. - Develop strategies to build operational rigor, standardization, and scalable process improvement within the department. - Develop, monitor, and report department and staff KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). - Collaborate with the Implementation Program Manager, Sales, Key Accounts, Marketing, Education, Product Support & Development, and Service teams to ensure clients are served appropriately. - Ensure business reviews and customer touchpoints are documented in Salesforce by Customer Success Managers in accordance with policy. - Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, coordinating resources across the company as appropriate. - Develop a deep understanding of client workflows, needs, and expectations of PaceMate. - Ensure new customers are onboarded efficiently and on time, with high-quality training. - Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned with service-level changes, per policy. - Develop tactics that deliver the most appropriate products and services to clients. - Use strong communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders within the customer base. - Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Customer Success team. - Provide clients with product information, demonstrations, analytics, and related resources. - Maintain and grow business within contracted groups. - Manage departmental expenses within budget. Role Description As a Triage Specialist at PaceMate®, you'll join a team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). Working remotely, you'll use your expertise in cardiac electrophysiology and device management to analyze remote transmission data and diagnostics, interpret complex arrhythmias, and provide the accurate clinical documentation that providers rely on to guide patient care. This role requires deep technical knowledge—you'll assess device function across multiple manufacturers, recognize abnormalities and arrhythmias, and recommend strategies to address issues. This is an overnight role with regularly scheduled shifts Sunday through Thursday, typically lasting 8–10 hours between 5:00 pm and 6:00 am EST.
