Job Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Prior experience creating paid performance ads (not only organic or brand edits).
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple assets simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of short-form advertising best practices.
- Ability to closely adhere to creative briefs while also making sound creative decisions independently.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Eleven Labs, SubMagic, and generative AI tools (e.g., Sora, Veo 3).
- Portfolio required: Must include examples of paid ad creatives.
- Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
- Revision readiness: Comfortable with rapid feedback cycles and multiple revisions per asset.
- Workflow discipline: Able to deliver well-organized project files and exports following established workflows.
- Technical reliability: Reliable high-speed internet and hardware capable of handling large media files.
- Time Tracking: Must be willing to use time-tracking software to log hours.
