• The Sr Consultant – Technical Architecture provides hands-on solution design, technical implementation support, and workstream leadership across Origin’s utility client projects. • Requires strong technical depth within the Meter-to-Cash ecosystem, solid consulting maturity, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions. • Collaborates closely with other Technical Architects, Functional Architects, and project teams to ensure consistent solution patterns, high-quality delivery, and effective execution. • Designs and implements technical solutions within Origin’s technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project constraints, and industry best practices. • Leads technical workstreams, driving tasks to completion with consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail. • Applies analytical thinking to solve complex problems and deliver practical, scalable solutions. • Serves as a trusted technical SME for client stakeholders, articulating solution approaches, constraints, and trade-offs with clarity and professionalism. • Learns the architecture, components, operational processes, and support model of Origin's SaaS platform.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility software projects, including CIS, C2M, field service management, customer experience portals, integrations, and modernization initiatives. • Oversee SaaS onboarding, configuration, and deployment activities using cloud-delivery best practices. • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, risk mitigation, schedule management, and contract compliance. • Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements relevant to utility environments. • Provide subject-matter expertise on utility operations, technology adoption, and modernization strategies. • Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients, ensuring alignment between delivery outcomes and business goals. • Oversee smooth transitions from implementation to post-go-live support, including SmartCity-managed services. • Facilitate executive-level communication, ensuring clarity around expectations, risks, and outcomes. • Promote a culture of transparency, proactive communication, and continuous improvement. • Partner with Business Development, Solution Engineering, and Proposals teams to scope opportunities and support pre-sales activities. • Contribute to solution design, estimation, and proposal development for new projects and managed services agreements. • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional SmartCity applications or enhancements. • Provide delivery insights to support pricing strategies, risk assessments, and contract negotiations. • Own financial performance across assigned portfolios, including forecasting, margin management, and cost controls. • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets while maintaining contractual compliance. • Develop and manage operating budgets and monitor expenditures to align with organizational financial goals. • Lead and develop teams of Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Technical Delivery staff, and/or Managed Services personnel. • Conduct performance reviews, workforce planning, and capability development. • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Support the quality assurance team in validating web applications, integrations, and product features across multiple environments. • Gain exposure to testing practices while ensuring product quality, usability, and reliability.

• A designer will use business process engineering techniques to develop technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives • Conducts scoping, feasibility, and impact assessments • Analyzes customer goals and system environments to recommend effective strategies • Documents business processes, captures discovery-session outcomes, and produces solution blueprints, estimates, and design materials • Builds and enhances business system solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency

• Develop creative, practical solutions to business problems across the meter-to-cash landscape • Analyze software requirements and define solution parameters • Collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment with best practices

• Design, deploy, and administer Origin and client database architectures across dev, test, prod, and public environments. • Perform Oracle database installations, patching, upgrades, and migrations for Oracle Utilities products (CC&B, C2M, MDM). • Implement backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability configurations (RAC, Data Guard). • Monitor and tune performance across environments to maximize uptime and reliability. • Provide recommendations in SQL query performance tuning, especially for slow-running queries and reports. • Enforce database security, access controls, and encryption per Origin/client IT standards. • Investigate and resolve user-reported issues; track and mitigate recurring problems. • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for 24/7 utility SaaS operations.

• Assist with the development, support, and maintenance of Web solutions in the AWS cloud environment • Integrate solutions with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) • Understand and manage the current application infrastructure • Suggest migration path, best practices, and efficiency improvements to the cloud
