• Review technical specifications and create test strategies. • Propose improvements in testing systems and processes to improve quality and efficiency. • Conduct user acceptance, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing. • Develop automated functional and performance tests from scratch. • Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes. • Identify, triage, and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures). • Own end-to-end testing of integrated proprietary and third-party services. • Recommend design changes to increase testability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess severity, prioritize, and track issue resolution. • Guide engineering teams on testing best practices and coordinate coverage across unit, integration, and contract testing. • Define and execute performance testing (load, stress, etc.). • Prepare and maintain QA documentation (test plans, test cases, test metrics, issue logs). • Reconcile data across key systems to ensure consistency.
• Focus on sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks (scheduling interviews, preparing hiring documents, maintaining ATS records) and drive recruitment lifecycle activities including creating/posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers • Prepare hiring documents, determine selection criteria and execute hiring strategies • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System • Create timely reports on key talent acquisition metrics • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. • Be a subject matter expert in your area of focus by regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders external trends • Stay curious about emerging technologies such as AI, exploring how these tools could potentially support sourcing, screening, and administrative efficiency.
• Automating deployment pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and enhancing development workflows. • Enabling distributed software teams to deliver quickly, securely, and reliably. • Collaborating closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure, application code, and deployment pipelines. • Supporting management of staging, production, and development environments, including access control and resource scalability. • Strengthening system observability through improved logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
