• Manage the founder’s calendar and inbox, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed. • Oversee founder routines, facilitate OKR check-ins, manage weekly executive agendas, and track actions across teams. • Drive small cross-functional projects, track milestones, and help unblock project owners to ensure timely delivery. • Conduct research, analyze data, and summarize key insights for decision-making. • Handle documentation, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. • Take on varied responsibilities as needed, including tasks outside prior experience.
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience as an EA supporting C-level leaders in startups/tech or a tech-savvy operator from a startup/scale-up ready to implement gold-standard EA routines.
- Mastery of calendar/email management, meeting preparation, and executive prioritization.
- Excellent written communication, including concise note-taking and document creation.
- Strong project management skills: ability to create clear plans, assign owners, define critical paths, and provide status updates.
- CRM experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English, fast learner, strong attention to detail.
- Basic Canva or design skills (nice to have).
- Basic video editing (nice to have).
- Genuine interest in pets and pet care (nice to have).
