• The Administrative Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support for agent lifecycle management, reporting, and technical assistance • This position serves as a key liaison between multiple departments to ensure agents are properly onboarded, credentialed, supported, and maintained throughout their engagement with the organization • Provisions and credentials new agents by completing onboarding requirements, system access requests, and account setup activities • Offboards agents by removing system access, updating records, and ensuring completion of all separation processes • Assists agents with technical support needs, including login issues, account access concerns, and basic troubleshooting • Maintains accurate agent rosters and workforce records across multiple systems • Generates, updates, and distributes reports to support operational and business needs • Tracks and monitors training and course completion requirements and follows up as necessary to ensure compliance • Communicates effectively with client, leadership, and internal departments to resolve issues and provide timely updates • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and offboarding processes • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adheres to company policies and procedures
Sales Representative

Sales Representative NexRep contracts with people in 31 states. The only states we do not currently contract in are: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, and WI. We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US. Are you ready to take control of your work-life balance so you can spend more time doing what you love? As a Sales Representative, you'll be taking inbound customer calls from the comfort and safety of your own home when it's most convenient for you! Since these customers have already expressed interest in the products being sold, your role is pretty straightforward; if you can follow a script and bring a friendly voice, you'll be successful! What You'll Be Doing You'll be talking with customers of top direct-to-consumer brands who call after seeing a product ad on TV. Products sold include cookware, other household goods, and apparel. On these calls, you'll: - Answer customers questions, with most answers provided within the script - Present offers as they come up in the script - Enter customer data into the system - Provide a scripted order summary - Submit the order It's as simple as that! The majority of Sales Representatives are making at least $13/hour, and top earners are making $30-35/hour. About You Prior sales experience is NOT required, but it's important that you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.
