Role Description MWEB (Pty) Ltd currently has vacancies for Sales Call Centre Agent on Commission only (FTC) who, reporting to the Sales Team Manager, will be responsible for acquiring new customers through the Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Centre and up-selling existing customers to a variety of MWEB (Pty) Ltd core products. - Present, promote and sell products/services - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback Qualifications - Matric Grade 12 - Clear criminal record - 2-year sales experience (mandatory) - Basic computer literacy - ISP experience advantageous - Proven Inbound and or Outbound and cold calling sales track record essential Requirements - Ability to work with limited supervision - Attention to detail - Self-motivated - Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude - Team player - Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment - Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation - High degree of self-management, responsibility, and accountability - Deadline & Target Driven - Time Management Skills - Pipelining Reports - Ability to close a Sale - Targeting, Tracking and Measuring - Manage Sales process through strong pipelining skills - Customer Retention Benefits - Fully Remote work environment - No need to go into the office; you can work from just about anywhere - Partnership with Workshop 17 for shared office/workspace access, covered by the company - Provision of necessary tech equipment for a remote office: Laptop, monitor, and headset - Free connectivity provided
