Role Description Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sr. Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you would be a critical piece of our Mosaic team in supporting our clients with their UKG Pro WFM system. In this role, you would have a primary discipline of UKG Boomi Integration Development, while also supporting integration configuration in UKG Pro WFM. - Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment - Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed - Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM - Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients - Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues - Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience across the following disciplines: UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development - Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM - Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development - Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing - Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work Requirements - Maintaining target utilization rate - Maintaining Boomi Professional Developer Certification - Maintaining UKG Pro WFM Integration certification - Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements - Mentoring Technical Consultants and delegating functional solutions to others - Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, resulting in excellent CSAT scores, and strong customer retention - Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business Benefits - An opportunity to autonomously own your projects and be the driving force through the implementation - The ability to share your expertise to inspire confidence with our clients in using their UKG Pro system - A competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000 with bonus potential - Comprehensive benefits, perks, and PTO package - An award-winning company culture in a flexible, remote environment

Role Description ADTRAV is seeking a Government VIP Travel Consultant to be responsible for all aspects of travel management for our government VIP clients. This includes: - Conversing with customers through multiple communication channels to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required. - Booking and issuing domestic and complex international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and transportation reservations through a GDS system. The schedule for this position is either Friday-Tuesday or Saturday-Wednesday (must be able to work every weekend). The hours can be flexible on the weekdays but the hours on Saturday and Sunday are 9am-6pm CT. This position is remote; however, it may require travel on-site to our government client in downtown Washington, D.C. for 1-2 weeks of training at the start of employment. Candidates must be a US Citizen per contract requirements and pass an extensive government clearance, including reviewing criminal history, credit, employment, and IRS tax information.
