• Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients • Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project • Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies • Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management • Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
- 3+ years of HCM implementation experience
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
- A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Experience working with UKG products
