• Provide dedicated leadership and mentorship to develop a team of talented Product Managers. • Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for customer journeys that serve as a launchpad for potential, focusing on expanding what’s possible for people building better financial futures. • Partner deeply with senior management across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and our AI/CX teams to ensure every feature is integrated, innovative, and impactful. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from the "spark" of discovery to post-launch optimization, ensuring we move in weeks, not years. • Work with abstract ideas and complex situations across functional areas to identify fundamental issues and provide clear strategic direction. • Step into the arena when needed to provide extra capacity, leading by example to show what "great" looks like. • Regularly communicate roadmap progress, risks, and performance wins with executive leadership, translating complex technical shifts into clear business value.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director level or above), ideally within fintech or high-growth consumer tech.
- Proven track record of managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product streams into a cohesive, winning vision.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and up-leveling the skills of high-performing Product Managers.
- A strong background in using data, A/B testing, and performance metrics to drive rapid iterations.
- The ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and represent the organization as a recognized authority.
