Transform the Future of Children's Faith-Based Media Build the analytical backbone of one of the fastest-growing faith-based media companies for Christian families. With over $25M raised, 100K+ paid members, and breakeven in sight by mid-2026, Minno needs its first embedded analytics leader to transform data from 40+ fragmented sources into the unified intelligence that powers every major business decision. We're seeking a data leader who brings insights before being asked - not an order-taker. The Opportunity As Head of Analytics, you'll build and own Minno's analytics function from the ground up - transforming fragmented data into a unified, trusted foundation that drives every major decision across the company. You'll partner directly with the CEO, CFO, CMO, CCO, CTO, and CPO to unlock content intelligence, power marketing attribution, model member behavior, and build the investor-grade analytics infrastructure required to scale from $15M to $100M ARR.
