Responsibilities Serves as administrator for critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records. Provide essential recruitment support, and coordinate onboarding to help new hires get up to speed quickly and integrate smoothly Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance. Oversee vendors who support HR processes and services. Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, FSA, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, and leave administration. Consult with managers and staff regarding employee relations, including training and staff development, corrective action, and facilitation of resolution of issues. Support managers on setting goals and communicating performance feedback. QualificationsQualifications and skills Knowledge of employee life cycle management, from initial contact to exit Compliance fundamentals (stay up-to-date on policy changes and compliance administration to mitigate risk) Data-driven reporting skills to accurately track and report essential HR metrics, and provide meaningful insights to inform leadership decisions. HRIS/ATS literacy for accurate data entry, reporting, and document management, with working knowledge of tools and ability to leverage AI. Project management skills to streamline work, prioritize tasks and achieve goals. Communication skills to connect with people at all levels of the business Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities to juggle multiple shifting workflows simultaneously, and deliver on business outcomes. Discretion for handling confidential information, and adaptability to respond quickly to shifting business needs

Role Description We are seeking an experienced math educator and professional learning facilitator to join our team in a part-time training and customer success support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with teachers and school leaders to support the effective implementation of ST Math. In this role, your work will focus primarily on delivering professional learning and supporting district partners in implementing ST Math successfully. Responsibilities may include: - Facilitating engaging virtual workshops and webinars for teachers and school leaders - Supporting districts as they implement ST Math and strengthen math instruction - Modeling effective mathematics instructional strategies and best practices - Providing implementation guidance to help teachers apply learning in their classrooms - Participating in occasional in-person workshops or district visits - Contributing to curriculum-related projects or other customer success initiatives as needed Qualifications - A strong commitment to math education, particularly PK–8, and a belief that all students can succeed in mathematics - Experience facilitating professional learning for educators, either virtually or in person - Skill in facilitating engaging, practical adult learning experiences - Strong communication and presentation skills when working with groups of educators - The ability to build trusting relationships with teachers and school leaders - A talent for translating instructional ideas into practical strategies educators can apply immediately - A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education Requirements - Located in the Quad Cities region (Davenport & Bettendorf, IA; Rock Island & Moline, IL) or surrounding areas - Experience delivering professional learning or training to educators, both in person and virtually - At least 5 years of experience teaching mathematics in a K–12 setting - Strong ability to facilitate adult learning and support educators through coaching and planning conversations - Experience with ST Math is a plus - Bachelor’s degree required - Willingness to travel to schools or districts as needed for training and support - Availability to facilitate occasional early-morning webinars to support districts in Eastern Time Technology Requirements - Consultants are required to provide and maintain their own computer or laptop with webcam and have reliable high speed Internet of at least 5Mbps Up and 5Mbps Down. - Windows PC: - OS: Windows 10 and later. Role Description This role involves executing and advising various aspects of Quality Assurance, including but not limited to: - Perform manual testing and detailed bug reporting on a variety of devices - Assist in preparation of test data and procedures for ensuring our software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements - Review, test and report on discrepancies between requirements and software - Document and report progress on testing, defects found and problem resolution to management - Assist with software test script development, execution and organization for a variety of devices - Test script maintenance as the software evolves - Create detailed and accurate bug reports in a bug tracker for developers and Triage team - Report on testing activities using a test management tool - Proactively identify problems with requirements (lack of clarity, inconsistencies) while testing, and communicate these issues early to help course-correct - Attend daily video meetings to report on findings and discuss issues Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication - Detail-oriented - Experience testing software, reporting and monitoring issues in a bug tracking tool - Experience developing test scripts and tracking executions using a test script management tool - Ability to take direction, collaborate with developers and independently execute assignments - 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (desired, not required) Requirements - Using Jira, Git, and Bitbucket or other software lifecycle management tools - Using Chrome browser developer tools to inspect and modify runtime conditions - Reading and manipulating JSON and XML data exchange formats - Using Postman and other API testing and automation tools - Using web accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe DevTools, WAVE) to evaluate WCAG 2.x conformance Company Description MIND Research Institute, the creator of ST Math, is looking for a highly effective Quality Assurance Analyst that can think outside the box and be excited to provide solutions to challenges when they arise.
