• You will dive into exciting large-scale projects and develop concepts for how data is transmitted from a medical device into our anesthesia and intensive-care documentation systems (ORBIS Anesthesia, ORBIS ICU-Manager). • You coordinate and create concepts for data transmission into our software in collaboration with customers, device manufacturers, developers, and other Dedalus colleagues. • You provide practical knowledge and support project participants with the configuration and establishment of maintenance for our medical device interface. • You create and edit training and presentation materials, as well as system documentation.

• Provide technical direction and requirements for IEHP engagement and data delivery. • Analyze data quality and completeness and provide clear findings tied to IEHP providers, data types and/or trends that require attention. • Coordinate outreach to IEHP providers to address data integration and data quality issues. • Provide metrics showing which IEHP providers submit CCDA and/or HL7 data to MX, highlighting any data quality issues or reductions/stoppages to achieve continuous/ongoing data sharing with no gaps in service. • Identify opportunities to improve IEHPs use of MX’s current products and services, and recommend enhancements aligned with IEHP’s priorities. • Generate, deliver and communicate these specific deliverables to IEHP: • Monthly Technical Dashboard: A summary of data exchange metrics, data quality observations, provider outreach activity, and key technical issues and resolutions. • Monthly Request Intake and Status Report: Documentation of incoming Participant requests, associated scoping, prioritization and current status. • Quarterly Value and Improvement Summary: A high-level report outlining completed activities, identified areas for improvement, and recommendations.

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. • Build REST and SOAP APIs for real-time and batch integrations. • Design RAML-based APIs following API-led connectivity patterns. • Implement data transformations using DataWeave. • Develop integrations supporting Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) workflows. • Build end-to-end pipelines for document ingestion, OCR output processing, classification, and data extraction. • Route extracted document data to downstream systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, and databases. • Support document-driven use cases such as invoice processing, purchase orders, contracts, and forms. • Implement validation, exception handling, audit logging, and reconciliation processes for document-based integrations. • Support both real-time and batch document processing patterns. • Develop integrations with Salesforce using REST and Bulk APIs. • Work with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases for ETL-style data processing. • Deploy Mule applications to CloudHub or on-prem environments. • Manage API gateways, security policies, and rate limiting. • Monitor integrations and troubleshoot performance issues and failures. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and data mappings.

• Provide valued-added consulting expertise on large, sophisticated Absence and Disability Management projects including: Absence and disability plan design and strategy • Modeling, cost analyses, funding, and employee contribution strategies • Vendor analysis, selection, negotiation, and procurement • Ongoing plan management, including evaluation of program performance and trends • Assist with vendor capability reviews and annual RFI’s • Benchmarking studies and analyses • Plan compliance and audit support • Deliver superior, consistent management and deliverables in support of Absence Consulting leadership for assigned clients: Serve as primary contact to our client service team on delivery of defined work product, offering absence management subject matter expertise • Draft and manage project plans involving multiple workflow streams and client teams • Oversee the day-to-day project deliverables, ensuring the progress of the work product against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards • Manage client team expectations and raise appropriate issues to leadership for resolutions • Interface with colleagues as needed to ascertain the client’s broader business objectives, ensuring work product is strategically aligned • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with internal stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects • Contribute to the development of new resources, tools, and approaches. Demonstrates thought leadership and deep expertise in multiple areas of absence and disability management for multi-state employers. • Experience creating client-ready materials such as White Papers, program reviews and other thought leadership. • Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying technical expertise.
