• Lead new client onboardings across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence services. Own the outcomes: time to live, client satisfaction at go-live, and clean handoffs to ongoing service teams. • Partner closely with our internal technology team on platform configuration, data migrations, and integrations across systems including Salesforce and client facing technologies including ADP, Paylocity, Rippling, and others. Ensure technical setup is scalable, reliable, and built to last. • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, Product, and Finance to align on client expectations, scope, pricing assumptions, and post-implementation transitions. Be the connective tissue that ensures what was sold is what gets delivered. • Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern tooling to implementation workflows.
