Role Description This role operates within our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to assist in the implementation of change management methods, tools and frameworks related to Operations/IT initiatives. This role includes the development of system documentation to drive faster adoption and greater proficiency in system changes or processes. This role supports and guides end-users through the change process to support all levels of impacted employees. The OCM Instructional Designer and System Documentation Specialist will have primary responsibilities in two areas: Learning Solutions Support - Responsible for design and delivery of system documentation content in a variety of formats including instructor led (virtual and in person), train the trainer, e-learning and/or workshops. - Responsible for design and development of online system documentation training and supports using media elements, such as Camtasia, WellSaid, or Articulate Rise & Storyline. - Create instructional guides, checklists, visual aids, instructional videos, and on-demand learning experiences for task specific, system-specific performance. - Coordinate with leaders to create a backlog of system documentation to be developed and approved, and to report on the development progress and any potential issues, roadblocks, dependencies or risks identified. - Maintain an inventory of SOPs and support materials, ensuring that such materials are housed in a manner that meets the organization's knowledge management and system documentation storage objectives. - Manage relationship with Learning & Development team to ensure documentation consistency and alignment with corporate standards where appropriate. - Work closely with LMS administrator to ensure effective delivery/availability of content contemplating end user needs and platform constraints. OCM Support - Support the development of effective communication strategies and approaches, including the ability to prepare content and write messages to stakeholders, including technical and business staff. - Manage assigned communications preparation, approval and delivery, which will vary based on content of message and affected stakeholders. - Manage user feedback from communications previously sent to stakeholders. Includes gathering and sorting feedback, answering questions and clarifying information regarding a specific subject area, and enlisting the support of Program Owners and Subject Matter Experts on various topics involving technical or business topics. - Lead and/or assist in the organization and planning of events, trainings, product demonstrations or meetings regarding a key topic or focus area. This includes the event management activities such as reserving rooms, scheduling sessions, and/or providing infrastructure to support the event (e.g., presentation material, registration, etc.) - Execute all responsibilities with consistently effective communication skills (oral and written), including approval and delivery which will vary based on message and affected stakeholders. - Facilitate other OCM initiatives as needed. Role Description The Corporate & Regulatory Counsel is responsible for supporting a nationwide accident and health insurance carrier by serving as a key legal advisor on state and federal privacy compliance matters across the organization, with a particular focus on healthcare data, regulatory compliance, operational implementation and incident response.
