Role Description Margaux is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale our growth operating system — and to do it with AI as your primary unfair advantage. This is a growth-first role for someone who runs experiments end-to-end, builds systems that compound over time, and uses AI not as a buzzword but as the engine behind everything from creative generation to bid optimization to attribution. Reporting to the VP of Digital, you'll partner tightly with eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance to drive profitable revenue growth across acquisition, retention, and onsite conversion. You're equally comfortable setting strategy and getting deep in the weeds. You know that in a fast-moving DTC environment, speed and system-thinking win. - Own Margaux's end-to-end growth strategy through forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting — establishing clear KPI definitions, weekly business reviews, and action plans tied to revenue and contribution margin. - Lead end-to-end management of paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms), heavily leveraging AI. - Design and run AI-driven systems that continuously generate creatives, optimize bids, and uncover arbitrage opportunities. - Own retention and lifecycle marketing end-to-end (email/SMS): strategy, segmentation, flow architecture, campaign calendar, and performance reporting. - Own CRO in partnership with eCommerce, building, testing, and iterating high-converting funnels informed by rigorous performance data. - Own the marketing tracking system and ensure pristine data attribution. - Utilize low-code tools and AI to automate reporting, bid management, and creative iteration across channels. - Establish a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, offers, audiences, and onsite journeys. - Own growth budget allocation and channel investment strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and emerging channels. - Build cross-functional ways of working that reduce bottlenecks and improve speed-to-market. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven record of driving profitable DTC growth. - AI is genuinely part of how you work: you've built or implemented AI-driven systems for creative, bidding, reporting, or experimentation. - Deep fluency across paid channels and full-funnel strategy: acquisition, CRO, and lifecycle/retention. - Fluent in DTC performance measurement and modern analytics stacks (Shopify, GA4, attribution tools like Northbeam, ESPs like Klaviyo a bonus). - Comfortable operating against contribution margin, payback periods, and inventory constraints. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity in a fast-moving environment. - Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions for senior stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and operate as a true business owner. - Experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands preferred. - Passionate about Margaux's mission, aesthetic, and customer. Benefits - Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy so you can rest and recharge. - Sick leave and paid parental leave. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(K). - Employee discount on all Margaux products. - A close-knit, mission-driven team culture.
