Role Description Love’s Travel Stops is currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and organized field recruiter to help identify, attract and hire exceptional talent for operations positions. The recruiter will have a good knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules, regulations as well as a working knowledge of basic store systems/technology. The recruiter will also support and perform other strategic recruiting and talent management duties and initiatives for their assigned division. - Works with hiring managers at the region and district level daily to identify new and existing store talent needs. - Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. - Execute the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and referring qualified talent for exempt and non-exempt positions for interviewing. - Arrange background check process and negotiation/presentation of offer. - Develop a candidate pipeline aligned with region needs. - Identify, manage, and maintain active list of high-potential field managers through monthly rating sessions and coordinate with operations personnel. - Generate, maintain, and track all reporting related to recruiting functions. - Manage Key Performance Indicator reporting for assigned region. - Schedule and coordinate management career fairs to generate qualified candidates. - Develops and maintains professional relationships with military, college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified candidates by attending recruiting events. - Partnering with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e. Employee Relation(s), Training) to ensure compliance of Federal and State employment laws. - Delivers presentations on recruitment training/instruction to managers and supervisors with a goal of improving talent acquisition and hiring efficiencies and reducing turnover. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description The Fleet Specialty Admin is responsible for opening legal and CSA cases and indexing documents as well as answering phone calls for Fleet members. Admin may also be assigned other duties as assigned by Supervisor. - Provide the best possible customer service for associates and members through inbound and outbound phone calls. - Obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding traffic citation and input that information into the computer system. - Recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and use critical thinking to determine the best steps for the case; if unable, properly notify supervisor. - Input any information provided by attorneys or courts in the system. - Complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner. - Work the Fleet call docket. - Open tickets for fleet memberships in a timely manner. - Open CSA cases for Fleet memberships in a timely manner. - Arrive on shift and stay for the duration of the scheduled shift. - Maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using Paycom Self Service. - Report discrepancies to your Supervisor. - Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Role Description The Outbound Legal Customer Service Representative (Legal CSR) acts as the first point of contact for our Pro-Driver members, answering and managing their inquiries for information or service. - Provide excellent customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through quality outbound phone calls. - Place a minimum of 10 outbound calls by phone call, per hour. - Achieve and maintain a maximum 5-minute average call handle time. - Utilize a maximum of 30 minutes in Follow-Up status (Follow-Up status is defined as time unavailable after a call). - Obtain specific information about membership and input into TVC personal portal. - Precisely note member files that accurately reflect the interaction. - Clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure the member completes any necessary paperwork, follows specific and applicable procedures for their situation. - Support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls, document, and e-mail on behalf of members, attorneys, courts, associates, and/or providers from one language to another as required (for bilingual positions). - Submit planned leave requests 6 or more business days prior to the time being requested. - Maintain good attendance by being present and available during assigned shifts. - Report directly to Supervisor 1 business day or more in advance for unplanned leave or emergencies. - Achieve and maintain effective, responsive, and prompt communications with Manager, Supervisor and staff through virtual channels (I.e. Email, Phone Call, Teams Instant Message and Teams Meetings). - Complete assigned training material to company standards (I.e. TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores. Job Functions: - Provide excellent customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through quality inbound and outbound phone calls - Achieve and maintain a maximum 6 ½ minute average call handle time - Handle a minimum of 7 inbound calls an hour, outbound calls as necessary - Utilize a maximum of 30 minutes in Follow-Up status. (Follow-Up status is defined as time unavailable after a call.) - Obtain specific information about membership and input into TVC personal portal - Precisely note member files that accurately reflects the interaction - Clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure the member completes any necessary paperwork, follows specific and applicable procedures for their situation - Support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls, document, and e-mail on behalf of members, attorneys, courts, associates, and/or providers from one language to another as required (for bilingual positions) - Perform all other duties as assigned and required - Complete assigned training material to company standards (I.e. KnowBe4, Lessonly, Virtual, Ongoing Training and/or Instructor-Led.) - Achieve and maintain effective, responsive, and prompt communications with Manager, Supervisor and staff through virtual channels (I.e. Email, Phone Call, Teams Instant Message and Teams Meetings.) - Report directly to Supervisor prior to scheduled shift for unplanned leave or emergencies. - Maintain good attendance by being present and available during assigned shifts - Submit planned leave requests 6 or more business days prior to the time being requested - Stay aware of TVC Pro-Driver policies, plans, services, and procedures. Experience and Qualifications: - - High School Diploma (or GED) required (or relevant work experience) - 2+ years customer service experience - Must be fluent in English/Spanish - Working knowledge of MSOffice, data entry applications and conducting internet searches - Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM Skills - - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, including telephone etiquette, voice quality, articulation and listening skills - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in virtual communications.
