Role Description The Enrollment Coach plays a critical role in prospective learners' recruitment and registration processes, serving as the point of contact for designated CE programs. The Enrollment Coach must be familiar with successful marketing practices and possess a naturally enthusiastic and persuasive manner to recruit learners successfully. In a team-oriented environment, the Enrollment Coach will work closely with Student Success Coaches, Enrollment Coordinators, Professional Development, Community Programs, and the larger OCE recruitment and retention teams. Continuing Education Enrollment Coach 1 The Enrollment Coach Tier 1 will support enrollment goals by: - Meeting daily outreach metrics - Taking ownership of prospective student records - Converting prospective students into registrations - Consistently asking for feedback and coaching Job Responsibilities: - Student Recruitment: - Recruits and engages by responding to incoming requests (i.e., phone calls, emails, web-based interest forms) - Ensures that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently met via a multichannel approach - Runs and processes reports to ensure a seamless experience for active and prospective learners - Proactively interacts with prospects at every stage of the recruitment pipeline - Transforms prospective learners into enrolled CE students - Database Management: - Utilizes technology systems to track the recruitment of prospective learners - Proactively manages a personal database of leads to meet recruitment goals - Generalized Customer Service: - Provides generalized support and registration assistance to Continuing Education learners and customers outside assigned student populations - Miscellaneous: - Participates in continual professional development - Other duties may be assigned to assist in the overall success of the division Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or related field - Relevant experience in key job responsibilities is encouraged to apply— a degree is not required as long as the candidate meets the required years of experience specified in the job description Requirements - Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure Continuing Education Enrollment Coach 2 The Enrollment Coach Tier 2 will support enrollment goals by: - Meeting daily outreach metrics - Taking ownership of prospective student records - Problem-solving the learner's needs - Consistently asking for feedback and coaching - Offering feedback to others for growth Job Responsibilities: - Student Recruitment: - Recruits and engages prospective learners by responding to incoming requests - Ensures that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently met - Runs, analyzes, & processes reports to ensure a seamless experience for prospective learners - Proactively interacts with prospects at every stage of the recruitment pipeline - Database Management: - Utilizes technology systems to track the recruitment of prospective learners - Efficiently manages technology systems and tools to optimize lead tracking and engagement - Generalized Customer Service: - Provides generalized support and registration assistance to Continuing Education learners and customers outside assigned student populations - Miscellaneous: - Participates in continual professional development - Other duties may be assigned to support initiatives to further the overall success of the division Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or related field - Expertly navigates and leverages technology systems for lead management - Generalized Customer Service: - Provides generalized support and registration assistance to Continuing Education learners and customers outside assigned student populations -
