• Define and own the global partnerships strategy, covering partner segmentation, prioritisation, tiering, commercial model, lifecycle, operating cadence, and go-to-market approach • Take direct accountability for meeting partnership-sourced and partnership-influenced pipeline and revenue targets • Lead and grow strategic partner relationships, including technology platforms, agencies, solutions partners, and referral and ecosystem partners globally • Build joint value propositions and go-to-market plans that drive mutual growth, pipeline, and revenue; develop co-sell and co-marketing motions in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations • Champion partners internally across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, ensuring teams understand where and how partners can help Lokalise win • Build, own, and continuously improve the partner lifecycle: from identification and qualification through onboarding, enablement, activation, and performance management • Recruit and enable new partners across priority markets, with a primary focus on EMEA and the US • Lead, coach, and develop your team; represent Lokalise at key industry events and ecosystem forums, with occasional travel required
• Own North America revenue performance across new business, expansion, and retention, with full accountability for the regional target. • Lead, coach, and develop your commercial team — raising performance standards, sharpening focus, and building a culture of ambition and accountability. • Set and execute the regional scaling motion: clear priorities, stronger pipeline generation, sharper account strategy, and a more effective operating rhythm. • Work directly with strategic customers and prospects to shape opportunities, navigate complex buying groups, and support the team in closing key deals. • Drive expansion across premium customers by identifying whitespace, improving account plans, and working closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product. • Strengthen partner relationships and translate them into pipeline, influence, and revenue. • Represent the voice of the North American market internally — providing clear, actionable feedback to Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships on where Lokalise is winning, where it is not, and what customers need. • Help shape how Lokalise positions its AI capabilities with North American customers, especially across product, content, marketing, and localization workflows.
• Own Lokalise's product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy — translating platform capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise and mid-market buyers. • Lead the launch strategy for major product releases, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure each launch creates maximum impact. • Develop and maintain our ICP, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence, ensuring the go-to-market team is equipped with sharp, current market knowledge. • Build and maintain a high-quality suite of sales enablement assets — pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides — that are actively used and valued by the sales team. • Partner with the Marketing Lead to shape Lokalise's industry narrative and category positioning, contributing to analyst briefings and thought leadership. • Manage the Analyst Relations and own our relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring our positioning translates into meaningful recognition. • Work closely with the Head of Content & Brand to ensure product stories are woven into our content and brand programmes. • Report to the Marketing Lead and serve as a key strategic partner to Product Leadership.

Finance Operations Specialist – 12-month Fixed-Term

• Take responsibility for both AP and AR cash applications within our ERP, Rillet. • Manage the Dunning process and respond promptly to AR payment-related queries via internal communication channels and customer emails. • Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. • Monitor and log incoming corporate correspondence every week. • Monitor dedicated AP and regional finance shared inboxes on a daily basis for vendor invoices, queries, and correspondence. • Upload and process incoming invoices and credit notes into our spend management system, Ramp. • Monitor corporate credit card feeds, proactively chasing down any missing receipts from employees to ensure compliance. • Create and maintain new vendor profiles in the relevant systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms. • Assist in testing new AI-driven tools that post data directly into our accounting system. • Perform parallel testing to ensure information (like payroll and vendor invoices) matches perfectly across all our systems. • Review automated entries in a test (Sandbox) environment before they go live, flagging any discrepancies or errors to the team.
