• Own the full cycle: You’ll guide software developers from the first "hello" all the way to a smooth onboarding on our platform. • Work smarter with AI: You’ll use AI agents and modern sourcing tools to cut out the grunt work, focusing on high-quality candidates rather than manual tasks. • Interview for real depth: You’ll lead competency-based interviews focused on motivation, communication, and technical mindset, while refining our established evaluation processes. • Be the bridge to clients: You’ll occasionally communicate with hiring stakeholders to clarify expectations and improve alignment (typically collaborating with our Matching, Sales, and CDX teams). • Think big picture: You’ll contribute to maintaining and nurturing our existing talent pipelines (thousands of candidates) across core tech stacks like JS/TS, Python, Node.js, and React. • Experiment and improve: You’ll participate in testing and quality-controlling new AI-driven workflows and recruitment tools. • Keep it data-driven: You’ll use recruitment analytics to sharpen our funnel and improve the candidate experience.
• Act as the primary contact for developers during active engagements • Respond to developer questions and requests in a timely and structured way • Monitor submission of developer reports • Help developers resolve reporting issues • Answer developer questions about payments and invoices • Handle a variety of developer requests, including hours logging and profile updates • Support opt-out flows and ensure clean closure of engagements.
• Design Lemon.io, making it the best talent marketplace on the market. • Own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with Product team and Engineering • Design and improve existing products: Talent portal, CRM (yes, we have custom CRM), Client portal, and more • Improve design processes • Champion quick wins and impactful improvements • Set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Lemon
• Own the technical roadmap and make sure every engineering effort maps directly to business impact. • Lead and grow an engineering team that ships fast, iterates constantly, and treats complexity as a cost. • Tackle the hard, multi-layered problem: automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, demand-side bottlenecks. • Make hard prioritization calls. Decide what we build, what we skip, and what we kill. • Work directly with the founder and product team to define what success looks like before writing a single line of code. • Build the engineering culture: high ownership, high speed, low bureaucracy.
• Architect and deploy AI agents for top-of-funnel motions • Build and optimize AI-driven workflows for traffic generation • Design and implement agentic systems for prospecting • Own top-of-funnel experimentation and run A/B tests • Integrate AI across the GTM tech stack • Develop AI-powered personalization engines • Collaborate across teams to diagnose buyer journeys • Monitor and oversee AI agent performance and ROI • Build dashboards focused on top-of-funnel metrics • Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with AI agents.
• Design end-to-end voice interview flows (intro → screening → follow-ups → wrap-up) • Create branching logic based on candidate responses • Write prompts that guide questioning, listening, and evaluation • Define soft-skill scoring (communication, clarity, confidence, coherence) • Turn free-form answers into structured outputs (scores, summaries, flags) • Handle real-world edge cases: silence, interruptions, unclear answers • Test conversations and iterate based on real transcripts and feedback
• Plan, set up, and execute outreach campaigns that result in brand mentions • Conduct researches for new outreach campaigns • Write emails, LinkedIn outreach sequences, and custom messages on a daily basis • Analyze and report on outreach campaigns results • Build and maintain a partnership network within the industry • This is an individual contributor role, you will be responsible for your own results • Work closely with in-house marketing and content teams • Manage external content deliveries • Feedback and edit delivered content
• Reach out to potential and existing marketing partners via email and LinkedIn on a daily basis • Write emails, using both templates and custom-written copy • Build relationships and grow your network with marketers, content managers, and SEO experts • Manage content delivery with internal and freelance teams • Learn to use marketing and SEO tools, such as Ahrefs and Reply.io (with expert’s guidance) • Conduct web research to identify potential marketing partners • Increase the online brand presence of Lemon.io as your primary goal.
• Own a brand-new internal data platform from zero: designing and building how we gather, structure, and surface developer intelligence • Work directly with stakeholders across whole org to understand what data matters most and build the system that makes it valuable.
