What You’ll Do We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor - IT Systems and Controls to join our Internal Audit function, reporting to the Internal Audit Lead - IT Systems and Controls. You will independently execute IT SOX testing for your assigned systems, review testing performed by co-sourced or junior team members, and be a credible, experienced voice with engineering, IT, and security teams across Lambda’s homegrown platform and third-party SaaS applications. - SOX IT Controls & Assurance - Plan, execute, and document SOX testing for IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Automated Controls, and Key Reports across assigned in-scope systems, exercising independent judgment on complex or ambiguous control questions. - Contribute to the annual IT SOX scoping and risk assessment process for assigned systems, in alignment with the overall ICFR and SOX program. - Conduct walkthroughs and design/effectiveness testing of IT controls across homegrown and third-party systems, engaging directly with control owners and engineering leads. - Review the testing work of co-sourced resources or junior team members for quality, completeness, and adherence to methodology. - Coordinate evidence collection and remediation efforts, holding process and system owners accountable to agreed timelines. - Identify control deficiencies, evaluate severity and root cause, and partner with engineering and IT management to design and validate effective remediation. - Maintain ICFR/SOX 404 documentation for assigned areas, including COSO framework mapping, process and control narratives/flowcharts, risk and controls matrices, and testing approach. - Apply professional skepticism to independently evaluate and conclude on control design and operating effectiveness. - IT & Data Assurance Projects - Execute internal audit and advisory projects focused on IT, data governance, and emerging technology risk, with a primary focus on internal controls over financial reporting. - Advise technology and business stakeholders on IT risk management and control optimization for their assigned area. - Evaluate data integrity, system development practices, access management, and change management processes across homegrown and third-party systems. - Partner directly with engineering and IT teams to design practical, scalable controls that fit a fast-moving codebase and infrastructure. - Control Evaluation & Remediation - Assess the severity and impact of control deficiencies, including evaluation of aggregation and compensating controls. - Work with engineering and IT process owners to develop, track, and validate remediation plans on time. - Recommend process improvements and efficiency opportunities while maintaining control effectiveness. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for IT, Engineering, and Security teams on IT SOX and assurance activities for assigned systems. - Support external auditors during IT SOX testing for assigned systems, providing evidence, walkthroughs, and context as needed. - Provide guidance to IT and business stakeholders, and informal coaching to co-sourced or junior team members, on IT control requirements and leading practices. - Reporting & Communication - Prepare clear, well-organized workpapers and status updates on testing results and remediation progress for the Internal Audit Lead and Head of Internal Audit, including materials to support their Audit Committee reporting. - Translate technical IT control issues into business-relevant language for non-technical stakeholders. - Monitor industry and regulatory developments relevant to assigned systems, flagging emerging risks to the Internal Audit Lead. • Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native capabilities to optimize business processes and user experience. • Architect and support solutions across the full GTM lifecycle, from lead management and opportunity tracking through quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals. • Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) solutions to improve operational efficiency and user adoption. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and business systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms such as Workato. • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement. • Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code, and tools such as Gearset or Copado to streamline development, change management, testing, and deployments while supporting governance and audit requirements. • Drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and platform governance while advising stakeholders on scalable solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX. • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and help drive Salesforce platform strategy across the organization.

• Architect and deploy advanced workflows, scripts, configurations, and modules in enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee. • Manage integrations and optimize iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft) to ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and automated processes across platforms. • Ensure SOX compliance through robust internal controls, system audits, and governance while driving continuous system improvements. • Troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Architect and manage BMS integration across colocation and Lambda-owned facilities, covering chillers, CRAHs, CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), cooling towers, UPS systems, PDUs, and automatic transfer switches. • Define standards for BMS point lists, naming conventions, control sequences, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC-UA, RESTful APIs). • Oversee commissioning and acceptance testing of new BMS deployments and CDU/TCS loop integrations for next-generation liquid-cooled GPU rack systems. • Collaborate with colocation partners (Equinix, Digital Realty, and others) to ensure telemetry data flows from provider BMS/EPMS into Lambda's monitoring stack. • Own the DCIM platform strategy and roadmap — evaluating, selecting, and implementing tooling for asset management, capacity planning, environmental monitoring, and power chain visibility. • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for PUE, thermal performance, stranded capacity, and cooling system efficiency across all Lambda sites. • Build and maintain telemetry pipelines ingesting data from BMS, PDUs, in-rack sensors, CDUs, and network devices into centralized monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, or equivalent). • Define alarm thresholds and escalation workflows for critical facility events including high coolant temperatures, CDU inlet/outlet anomalies, leak detection, and power exceedances. • Develop control strategies and setpoint frameworks for TCS (Thermal Control System) loops supporting direct liquid cooling at densities of 220–380 kW per rack. • Evaluate and qualify CDU vendors on controls integration capabilities, telemetry exposure, and remote management interfaces. • Define and enforce operational procedures for CDU commissioning, setpoint changes, loop pressure management, and fluid quality monitoring. • Support design and construction coordination for liquid cooling infrastructure in new data center buildouts, ensuring BMS and controls readiness at Day 1. • Establish and maintain facility event management processes, including on-call response protocols for facility telemetry anomalies. • Lead root cause analysis for facility system failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Partner with the data center operations team to maintain and refine emergency response runbooks tied to BMS alerts and automated controls. • Drive continuous improvement in MTTR for facility-related events through better telemetry coverage and automated remediation. • Manage BMS integrators, DCIM vendors, and control subcontractors - from RFP through design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support. • Serve as the primary technical interface with colocation providers on all BMS/EPMS integration topics. • Collaborate with Lambda's infrastructure engineering, construction, and procurement teams to align controls requirements with facility buildout timelines. • Support due diligence and technical evaluation for new colocation sites and modular data center deployments from a telemetry and controls readiness perspective.
