Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Psychologie, Pädagogik, Soziale Arbeit oder vergleichbar)
- Berufserfahrung (mind. 2–3 Jahre) in den Bereichen Schulung, Qualifizierung, E-Learning oder Wissensmanagement
- Fachliche Expertise im Bereich Frühe Suizidprävention, Deeskalation und digitaler Beratung
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops sowie in der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit E-Learning-Plattformen und digitalen Lernformaten
