Role Description The Live Commerce Stock Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational execution of our rapidly growing live selling division. This role focuses on the stock planning of products featured in all Live Commerce shows, ensuring shows each week are optimized based on the performance of items from the prior week. It also ensures that stock requirements and forecasts are provided to relevant teams to ensure stock availability for the Live Commerce division. The role is operational and process-driven, focused on organisation, inventory coordination, and working with both centralised Purchasing and Operations departments to ensure the smooth flow of stock for Live Commerce shows. Training will be provided on Koin’s internal systems and live commerce processes but the role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with digital platforms.
