• Prepare products listings bundles, and promotions for Live Commerce shows across platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live. • Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock levels are correctly configured before each session. • Upload and organise products within live selling platforms • Schedule shows in line with the Live Commerce calendar and maintain a centralised results tracker. • Work with operations and stock planners to ensure inventory is available for planned sessions. • Flag potential stock issues before or after Live Shows. • Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and ready for live promotion. • Support the live commerce team during live sessions where required. • Monitor and process cancellation requests during and post-show. • Assist with managing comments, feedback and customer enquiries where necessary. • Compile and organise post-session performance data to provide to data analyst. • Assist with reporting on key metrics where required. • Document session outcomes and support internal analysis for optimisation.

• Administer and support enterprise systems such as web services, Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials and Reporting. • Collaborate with teams to ensure the effective operation of the systems. • Maintain security and confidentiality of data in all mediums. • Participate in Workday implementation and post-production processes as a primary technical resource.

• Support administrative work for CoE programs including vendor invoices and SOW execution • Monitor Learning inbox inquiries • Maintain and monitor Global Learning platform • Administer course materials for initiatives and trainings • Manage Executive Coaching engagements • Coordinate and report for global programs and training content • Manage LMS enhancements and support scheduling for training • Serve as primary Zoom administrator for CoE • Support design and facilitation of learning content
