Senior Solution Consultant
Kinaxis
• Independently lead business requirements discovery sessions for implementations of advanced complexity, multi-phase workstreams and broad scope. • Partner with Solution Architect in the process design and technical direction of complex configurations. • Execute product configurations of advanced complexity, according to customer needs and approved solution architecture. • Act as the first level of escalation and oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues for the project team. • Apply advanced mathematical models, optimization techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms to complex supply chain planning scenarios to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives. • Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation. • Independently lead complex deployment workshops with a focus on training and guiding customers on how the solution was configured and how to achieve immediate value from their investment. • Provide technical leadership and recommendations to the Associate, Entry and Intermediate Solution Consultants during project milestones and critical deployment escalations. • Guide and mentor more junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 + years of in-depth experience in software implementation or deployment within the supply chain planning or supply chain execution space or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, manufacturing.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a functional leadership capacity for system configuration or system deployments.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations.
- Passion for working in customer-facing roles and able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine best course of action.
- Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven leadership skills within a team as well as a successful track record with customers and executive sponsors.
- Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment with multiple team members.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Serve as the senior voice and primary point of authority on all things Adobe Target, advising technical and business stakeholders on testing strategy, personalization architecture, and platform best practices. • Push back constructively and confidently when client stakeholders propose approaches that conflict with Adobe Target best practices — backed by direct, hands-on experience rather than secondhand knowledge. • Stay current on the Adobe Target roadmap, new feature releases, and broader personalization/experimentation trends (e.g., AI-driven personalization, integration with Adobe Experience Platform / Journey Optimizer, server-side and edge-based testing), and translate what's new into practical recommendations for the client. • Provide oversight and QA on test design, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementation to ensure technical soundness before anything ships. • Mentor and guide more junior optimization specialists working hands-on in the platform, reviewing their work and raising the technical bar. • Act as a bridge between strategic/business objectives and the technical realities of the Adobe Target platform — equally comfortable in a whiteboard strategy session or a implementation review with engineers. • Represent the optimization practice in client governance meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive readouts, bringing both authority and specificity.
