Delivery Manager – Core Technology Platform

Keyrock

• Drive the delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads, using DORA metrics to provide data-backed insights into speed and quality. • Align centralized platform roadmaps with the requirements of client-facing divisions, successfully managing competing priorities and dependencies. • Maintain high service levels (SLAs/SLOs) for foundational products. • Lead incident response and post-mortems to ensure rapid resolution and continuous reliability improvements. • Ensure all deployment practices meet regulatory standards with rigorous documentation and auditability. • Line manage QA engineers and own the QA automation roadmap for foundational services, driving improvements in automated regression and integrated testing.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in an engineering-led organization applying modern Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Specific experience managing the delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data, or Platform Engineering).
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Deep understanding of incident management and maintaining service levels for internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to drive consensus across teams with differing objectives and "internal product" priorities.
  • Experience leading QA professionals and driving strategic automation roadmaps within a foundational tech context.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to influence without direct authority.
