Full-Stack Engineer Remote Full Time Experienced Compensation $115-145K base. Plus equity in our company! Location Remote eligible but ideally candidates are based in ET or CT time zones and can fly directly to Washington, DC. Our team and office is in Bethesda, MD and we work in person every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday so even better if you are in the DC area or are willing to relocate to be with us. If you're remote, you will need to fly to DC approximately every month to work with our team in person. About Keep Company Keep Company is on a mission to make human connection an intentional, scalable asset in every workplace. As a venture-backed SaaS platform recognized by Techstars, Forbes, and SHRM, our patented talent platform delivers transformative relationship-based development experiences at leading professional services organizations. With our platform, talent leaders can launch, scale and measure innovative programs, including mentoring, coaching and ERGs, with little admin burden and maximum impact. We’re proud to support 20+ clients in professional services - with zero churn and multiple six-figure contracts. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, because we believe people are the most important asset that organizations can invest in to strengthen culture, retention, and performance in the moments that matter most. The Opportunity We're hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to ship features, fix bugs, and grow into a senior IC on our team. You'll work directly with our Lead Engineer and our VP, Product. You'll write production code every day, own end-to-end delivery on real client features, and pair with senior engineers on the harder work. You'll join a small team at a real inflection point: enterprise pilots running with named law firm clients, an AI-native engineering culture in active development, and a platform foundation being rebuilt from the data layer up. This role is for someone who wants to be in the middle of that — shipping, learning, leveling up — not someone who wants to coast on what they already know. We're leveling this role to the candidate. ~3-5 years of professional experience is the target, and we'll go up or down for the right person. What You'll Own - Ship features end-to-end, frontend to backend — clean code, good tests, peer-reviewed PRs. - Own bug-fix work across the platform. Help us reduce defect escape rate quarter over quarter and build the muscle memory of catching issues before they ship. - Build the testing and tooling foundation of the team — Playwright suites, CI checks, the small tooling that compounds. We just stood up automated end-to-end testing; you'll be a key contributor to making it part of how we work. - Pair with the Lead Engineer on harder architectural decisions and learn the stack at depth. - Contribute to code review and raise the team's bar through your own work. Required Experience - ~5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. Less experience with the right signal is welcome too. - Strong in our full-stack — TypeScript, React, Node — or able to demonstrate quick fluency in equivalent stacks. We don't expect a 1:1 match; we expect that you can ramp. - You write tests as part of writing code, not as an afterthought. - You can talk us through your most recent meaningful piece of code in detail — what you built, what was tricky, what you'd do differently now. - You use AI tooling daily — Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent — and have a point of view on what they're good for, where they fail, and how you verify output. - You ask questions when you're stuck and flag risks early rather than working around them. - You close loops. When you own something, the next step is clear without anyone chasing you. Nice to Have - Experience working in a small team where contractors and FTEs ship side by side. - Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS, identity systems (WorkOS, Okta), or HRIS integrations (Workday, UKG). - Experience in HR tech, legal tech, or future-of-work environments. - Open-source contributions, side projects, or any signal that you build things outside of work assignments. How You Work - You're a generous reviewer and a strong pair partner. - You take ownership of quality — not just your code, but the user experience your code creates. - You're hungry to learn but not afraid to push back when you disagree. - You communicate directly — you ask the question rather than work around it. - You have current code commits you're proud of, and you can talk us through them. Why Keep Company - A real inflection point — visible impact from day one, on a platform serving named enterprise clients. - A genuine AI-native engineering culture, not a retrofitted one. - Mentorship from a Principal-level Lead Engineer in a small, ship-focused team. - A team that pairs, reviews, and ships together. - Competitive salary, meaningful equity, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and flexible PTO. - A mission-driven team building something we care about. About Our Stack Next.js application (React, TypeScript) with Aurora PostgreSQL on AWS. If you're energized by our mission but don't meet every listed qualification, we'd still love for you to apply.

Benefits - Compensation: You earn a flat rate for every group you coach - we pay you $250/hour for live coaching time. - This is a remote, contract position where you will be coaching our law firm client's participants. - You can live outside the U.S. as long as you are available to coach during U.S. working hours. - Must move fast: We have several new coaching programs starting in late June and need to identify new coaches very quickly.

About Keep Company Keep Company is on a mission to make human connection an intentional, scalable asset in every workplace. As a venture-backed SaaS platform recognized by Techstars, Forbes, and SHRM, we combine technology with coaching and mentoring to deliver transformative employee experiences at leading professional services organizations. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, because we believe human intelligence - connection, discernment, and trust - is the most important capability organizations can invest in to strengthen culture, retention, and performance in the moments that matter most. The Role Keep Company is at an inflection point. We've found real product-market fit in Legal - and now we're building the engine to accelerate it while planting the flag in Financial Services. This is the kind of moment most marketers never get: an existing funnel to convert and a blank canvas to explore. You'll get both. Reporting to our Co-founder & President, you'll be our senior marketing leader - a full-stack operator who can think in strategy and execute in sprints. You'll own Legal revenue acceleration, lead our Financial Services market entry, build the connective tissue (content, enablement, product marketing) that makes our sales team unstoppable, and partner with our Director of Marketing. This is not a "manage the agency and report on MQLs" job. You'll be in the work - writing, testing, building, shipping, while holding the strategic thread that connects everything back to revenue. Responsibilities Legal Market - Revenue Acceleration - Own the full marketing funnel for the Legal vertical, from demand generation through pipeline conversion, with direct accountability for sourcing and influencing revenue targets - Build and scale ABM programs targeting AmLaw 200 and mid-market law firms, partnering closely with sales on account selection, sequencing, and outreach - Develop case studies, ROI frameworks, and proof points that resonate with law firm leadership (Managing Partners, CHROs, COOs) Financial Services - Market Entry - Lead go-to-market strategy for the Financial Services vertical, including ICP definition, messaging architecture, channel selection, and pilot campaign execution - Conduct market and competitive research to identify whitespace, key personas, and the highest-leverage entry points Content & Thought Leadership - Define and drive a content strategy that builds Keep Company's authority in employee engagement, retention, and learning within professional services - Write and edit high-quality content - long-form pieces, LinkedIn narratives, sales collateral, email sequences - that reflects the brand voice and earns trust with senior buyers Sales Enablement & Product Marketing - Develop and maintain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards that keep the sales team sharp and consistent - Partner with product and sales to translate platform capabilities into buyer-centric narratives for each vertical Demand Generation & Growth - Own and optimize paid, organic, and partner channels, continuously testing and iterating based on performance data - Identify and pursue non-obvious growth levers - partnerships, communities, conferences and events, ecosystem relationships - that traditional playbooks miss Team & Operations - Manage and mentor the Director of Marketing, creating clear ownership and a high-trust, high-output dynamic - Build lightweight but scalable marketing processes and a measurement framework that ties activity to pipeline and revenue What You Bring Skills & Attributes - You're a hybrid storyteller and revenue operator and you're proud of both halves - You move fast, test often, and learn faster. You have a strong bias toward action over perfection, and you know the difference between a shiny tactic and a real bet. - You don't wait to be handed a strategy - you come in with ideas. You think creatively about how to build awareness, generate demand, and unlock growth in ways that haven't been tried yet. You're the person who sees an untapped channel, a partnership nobody's pursued, or a content angle that could break through - and then executes on it. - You're tool-obsessed - Clay, AI-driven SEO, modern attribution, whatever's actually working right now. - You're an exceptional writer. You use AI thoughtfully for efficiency, but your output is human, earns trust, and doesn't get filtered into a spam folder. You pick up brand voice and product nuance fast, and you translate complex POVs into language that moves people - You see yourself as just as accountable for revenue outcomes as the sales team. You build relationships - with customers, with ecosystem partners, with anyone who can accelerate trust and reach - You thrive in the early stage! We're a seed-stage company on a clear path to Series A. You've been here before, or you've genuinely wanted to be, and you understand what it takes to operate well at this stage: high ownership, low ego, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to make smart decisions without perfect information. You're looking for the thrill, pride and opportunity that comes with building at this early stage Required Experience - 8–12+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or services selling into professional services, regulated industries, or complex consultative sales cycles. You've owned a pipeline number. You've built ABM motions from scratch, not just inherited them Why Keep Company - Play a pivotal leadership role shaping the future of workplace connection - Be part of a founder-led startup with renowned clients and measurable impact - Competitive salary, significant equity, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and flexible PTO - Flexible (human) work schedule and a highly supportive, mission-driven team - Option for remote-first work with periodic in-person team sessions - Regular team events, constant opportunities to grow, and plenty of celebration - For this role, the base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, plus equity. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's scope. How to Apply Some candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items. The data says this is especially true of traditionally underrepresented communities. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, because we believe human intelligence- connection, discernment, and trust- is the most important capability organizations can invest in to strengthen culture, retention, and performance in the moments that matter most. The Role We are hiring our first dedicated Product Designer. This is a foundational design role with direct impact on what we build, how it works, and how it feels for every customer who touches our product. You’ll own core user experiences across our multi-tenant SaaS platform- from how clients set up and run programs, to how they understand impact and ROI, to how coaches and participants engage with one another over time. The problems are complex and meaningful: cognitive load at scale, simplifying multi-step workflows, making data and insights easy to act on, and designing trustworthy, human-centered interactions in and around AI-powered features. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end product design on high-impact projects, from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, and delivery - Design core admin workflows that enable HR and L&D leaders to configure, launch, and manage mentoring, coaching, and group programs with confidence and minimal friction - Create data and reporting experiences that help non-technical decision-makers quickly see what’s working, where to intervene, and how to demonstrate program value to stakeholders - Shape how humans interact with AI across the product (e.g., suggestions, recommendations, summaries), ensuring experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and easy to understand - Champion human-centered design in an AI-saturated landscape - push back on reductive "efficiency-first" defaults and bring grounded expertise in applied cognitive science and HCI to ensure our product acts as a cognitive prosthetic that extends human judgment - not a system that quietly removes people from the loop - Build and evolve a scalable design system and shared interaction patterns that keep the product coherent as we grow - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Founders, turning user insights and business needs into thoughtful product decisions - Bring a research mindset to the team: run lightweight studies, synthesize feedback, and use evidence to inform product direction - Directly shape how HR, L&D, and firm leaders support the development and wellbeing of their people - Reduce reliance on manual services and slide decks by making in-product experiences clear and self-serve - Influence the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for clients and participants - Lay the groundwork for future design hires and help define what great product design means at Keep Company What You Bring Required Experience - BS or MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Design, or a related field - or equivalent research-grounded industry experience with demonstrated mixed-methods rigor - 3–5+ years of applied product design experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software - A portfolio that demonstrates work on complex, data-heavy, or AI-adjacent systems - not consumer-facing UX - Strong data visualization and information architecture skills: you've designed dashboards and reporting interfaces that non-technical users actually rely on - Systems thinking: you design interaction models and shared patterns for reuse, not one-off screens - Figma proficiency including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens - Experience working directly with engineers and PMs in a cross-functional environment - you understand how design decisions affect engineering complexity Nice to Have - Applied experience with HCI/AI: human oversight of automated systems, appropriate reliance, explainable AI UX, or human-in-the-loop design - Familiarity with established AI UX heuristics and guidelines (Google PAIR, Microsoft HAX, Stanford HAI, or equivalent) - Experience designing recommendation surfaces or agentic interfaces where humans must evaluate and act on AI-generated output - Multi-tenant SaaS experience including RBAC patterns and tenant-level configuration UX - Background in HR tech, L&D, or enterprise workflow tools Why Keep Company - A first-in-kind product design role with meaningful influence on product direction and company strategy - Close collaboration with founders and senior leaders; high context, low bureaucracy, and the chance to see your work in production quickly - A clear path to design leadership as we grow the team - Remote-first work with periodic in-person team sessions - Competitive salary, meaningful equity, health benefits, 401k, and flexible PTO - For this role, the base salary range is $125,000 - $165,000 per year, plus equity. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's scope.
