Job Requirements
- Several years of experience developing and operating machine learning models in production systems
- Proficient in Python and common machine learning frameworks
- Understanding of production environments, including technical, domain, and data-related requirements
- Ability to translate complex business processes into machine learning applications, models, and features
- Ideally, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or their integration
- Ability to work independently and reliably prioritize tasks
- Awareness of data protection/privacy requirements in FinTech or regulated environments
- German language skills at least C1 level, spoken and written
