Core Implementation Specialist

Role Description SHAZAM is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join our KinetiCore implementations team. In this role, you will provide quality installation and training for the KinetiCore core and ancillary systems while building a strong foundation for a lasting business relationship. This role will work within all phases of the conversation process of an assigned area and assist in training others. What you'll do: - Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications. - Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed. - Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing. - Travels to customer site for implementation if requested. Qualifications - Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations is required, loan operations preferred. - Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB, USDA, etc.) is a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service. - Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live. - Organization and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000.
