Role Description We are seeking to hire a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare-related contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational strategy, and financial objectives. - Participates in contract negotiations with payors, MCOs, Medicare Advantage, and government programs in partnership with sales. - Coordinate internally with legal, finance, compliance, and business development teams to ensure contracts align with organizational strategy. - Maintain a repository of executed contracts and track key terms, renewal dates, and deliverables. - Monitor ongoing compliance with contract terms and assist in resolving disputes or audits. - Partner with product and commercial teams to support market access strategies. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of progressive experience managing healthcare-related contracts. - Proven track record negotiating, drafting, and managing payor, MCO, and Medicare Advantage agreements. - In-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory frameworks. - Familiarity with value-based care, capitation models, and fee-for-service contracts. - Direct experience in healthcare contracting, ideally with health plans, provider networks, or healthcare technology companies. - Knowledge of CMS guidelines, HIPAA compliance, and state Medicaid regulations. - Understanding of Medicare Advantage, MCO’s, including Stars, CAHPS, and risk adjustment programs. - Ability to lead cross-functional contract implementation projects from initiation through execution. - Experience developing timelines, managing stakeholders, and reporting status to leadership. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar). - Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management. - Proficient in Excel and legal/financial modeling related to reimbursement or contract terms. - Ability to analyze and interpret legal and financial risk in contract terms. - Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) preferred. - Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CPCM, or PMI-PMP) is a plus. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong attention to detail and risk mitigation mindset. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. - Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments is highly valued. - Understanding of elder care markets, digital health, or assistive robotics is a plus. - Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare solutions or remote care delivery models is a plus. - Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) is a plus. Role Description You will be responsible for developing your channel growth strategy, developing our pipeline, and executing it against that plan. You will own delivery of new business sales targets with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans, hospital systems as well as other risk-bearing entities. Initially you will be an individual contributor, though the ideal candidate can and has scaled and run teams before. You thrive on waking up each day with a passion for solving complex problems and creatively identifying new business opportunities. You have a well-demonstrated career in digital health/healthcare sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to wear many hats and roll up your sleeves to drive growth and navigate the complexities of the healthcare market. You will be reporting directly to the company's Head of Sales. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's 2025 - 26 objectives in your respective channels. Lead all new sales opportunities with support from the leadership team where appropriate. - Market Analysis: Leverage market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Ensure we continue to capture market feedback and competitive intel and position our value proposition and messaging in the most effective way. - Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from plan to close, ensuring the achievement of sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. - Revenue Growth: Accountable for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Track all pipeline velocity and metrics via our CRM with accurate and timely reporting to leadership. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing operation and growth success of account(s) in WA State, partnering closely with the Program Manager and reporting to the Head of Customer Operations. As part of the Program Coordinator role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating ElliQ programs with our partners and customers. The Program Coordinator will oversee account management and deployment of the program for local partners, providing training, guidance, support, demo sessions, diagnosing issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coaching on best practices at all levels to achieve success. The individual in this role will work closely with case managers and team members from all local partners. But most importantly, will be helping adults learn more about how ElliQ can be an amazing companion for them. The Program Coordinator will work closely with market engagement leadership to identify partnership opportunities that align with our market-specific ElliQ activation goals. Success will be measured by network penetration, community engagement and retention, and performance. Responsibilities: Work closely with partners (care teams and case managers from Area Agencies on Aging, State Government and Health Plans) to promote project objectives and account growth remotely and on-site. Responsible for collaborating with partners to recruit and enroll eligible ElliQ users Oversee implementation and ongoing management of our partners by following best practices. Work closely with Intuition Robotics team to help build awareness and exposure of partners’ ElliQ program Regularly review customer reports to assess the health of the account Identify additional opportunities to add value through ElliQ for our customers and users Serve as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback and customer needs Ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure project success, discussing challenges, incentives, and changes within the market This job requires travel throughout the WA state and the US.
