• Oversee your onboarding team and ensure individual and team performance meets expectations • Manage onboarding timelines across multiple accounts to keep launches on schedule and aligned • Mentor and support your direct reports, providing strategic guidance and feedback • Maintain a small portfolio of onboarding clients to stay connected to day-to-day execution • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Leadership, Marketing, Campaign, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strategic campaign launches • Other duties as assigned
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable support • Leading regular client check-ins to review progress, aligning on goals, and addressing any questions • Responding to ongoing client needs, providing timely updates and proactive solutions • Interpreting campaign results and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights • Collaborating with internal teams to drive strong campaign performance and deliver excellent service • Other duties as assigned
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and supporting schedules • Maintain and oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure revenue flows properly through financial reporting systems • Manage and mentor members of the accounting team, providing guidance and support • Manage and review accounts receivable and accounts payable activities • Oversee prepaid schedules, accruals, and other key balance sheet accounts • Support the preparation of financial documentation for tax filings and potential audits • Serve as the primary accounting lead during audit preparation and financial reviews • Develop and improve accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls • Serve as the primary escalation point for accounting questions and financial issues • Partner with the CFO to support financial reporting and operational insights • Other duties as assigned
• Oversee ing a portfolio of clients and act ing as their primary day-to-day contact • Manag ing digital campaigns from setup through reporting, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track • Monitor ing campaign performance and provid ing data-driven insights and optimizations • Collaborat ing with cross-functional teams ( creative, campaign, o nboarding, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience • Respond ing to client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel supported and informed • Contribut ing to process improvements and client success initiatives across the team
• Partnering closely with the Sales Team and Contract Specialist to support the full sales cycle, from initial deal setup through proposal and contract coordination • Managing administrative tasks related to sales activity, ensuring deals are accurately documented and move smoothly through the pipeline • Creating, updating, and submitting sales deals in HubSpot, keeping all records organized, complete and up to date • Generating and maintaining HubSpot reports to help track sales activity, pipeline status and performance metrics • Assisting with proposal creation and contract-related coordination, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements • Conducting client and prospect research to help sales team members prepare for calls, meetings and presentations • Acting as a liaison between Sales and internal teams, including Client Success and TechOps, to support smooth handoffs and clear communication • Responding to client and internal team questions related to deals, proposals, contracts and sales processes in a timely and professional manner
