• Define and evolve frontend solution architectures, taking into account functional requirements, performance, and scalability. • Develop and promote organizational guidelines for security, quality, and advanced use of the JavaScript runtime. • Design, build, and disseminate internal tools, frameworks, or libraries to standardize builds, testing, and rendering strategies across multiple projects. • Propose and implement architectural improvements in React and Angular applications, working closely with UX/UI, backend, and QA teams. • Serve as a technical reference in strategic discussions, leading the team's technical evolution and facilitating the adoption of industry best practices. • Collaborate on the design of scalable solutions, including defining system integrations, versioning, and advanced modularization. • Ensure adherence to Itaú's quality standards by actively participating in agile ceremonies and promoting continuous innovation.
Job Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Angular and React, with proven experience in complex projects.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Implementation and management of scalable frontend architectures, including integration with design systems, state management (Redux/NgRx), and automated testing.
- Experience configuring advanced build tools (Webpack/Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience creating internal frameworks/libraries to streamline build processes, testing (unit/E2E/accessibility), and rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR).
- Solid knowledge of frontend security aligned with OWASP standards.
- Advanced use of Git for version control and collaboration.
- Experience with microfrontends and advanced modularization/integration strategies.
- Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for web hosting and distribution using AWS (S3, CloudFront).
- Development of internal tools for performance monitoring, cache optimization, and continuous integration automation.
- Previous experience serving as a technical reference in large multidisciplinary teams.
- Contributions to community development initiatives, open source, or internal technical knowledge sharing (workshops, training).
- Web performance optimization focused on SEO, load times, and accessibility.
